Hi Probikeshop,
I think you'll find our section on sitemaps in the Beginner's Guide To SEO to be helpful:

Hi,
Thanks for all your answer, do you know a good tool to make easily and quickly a sitemap?

Hi Probikeshop, You've gotten some good responses here. I think you might like to watch this Whiteboard Friday from 2011 about fast indexing: http://www.seomoz.org/blog/whiteboard-friday-get-indexed-faster-with-richard-baxter Things haven't changed significantly since that was posted and it has some great tips. Make sure you've done a good job with your on-page SEO and that you've got a really crawlable structure, upload your site to Google Webmaster Tools, create a flurry of Social Media buzz about the launch of your new site, get a few good links as quickly off the bat as you can and then prepare for ongoing efforts. Noting your screen name - Probikeshop - if you've got a local business, it's time to get started with your Local SEM. Your website will get indexed...though possibly not in 24 hours...but it will be indexed quickly if you are making the right efforts to build well and promote actively.

It sounds old skool, but use the google submit site feature as well if it is new. We've seen some evidence that this might in fact be useful again.
My first port of call though would be WMT account & submit a sitemap.
-
1- Create Google & Bing Webmaster accounts
2- Submit Sitemaps
3- Share in Twitter, Facebook, Google Plus, Reddit, Stumbleupon, etc
I'd also tell you to get some quality links but that usually takes longer than 24 hours

I'm not sure there is any technique that can guarantee a new website gets crawled and indexed withint 24 hours. However here are some tips that will certainly help.
1. Make sure you set up a webmaster account with each of the search engines. Within the dashboard of that webmaster account (I'm thinking of Google WMT here) you can have the crawler fetch the page, than ask that Google crawl that page (and all linked pages on it.) While you are there be sure you submitting a site map as well.
2. Also the various search engines allow you to summit your content. For example: http://www.google.com/submityourcontent/website-owner/
3. You could try to build some high quality links on another site that get crawled on a regular basis.
4. If there is good content on the site you could share it on social networks, twitter, fb, stumble upon, etc. Just make sure there is quality content there, otherwise your social network may not like you very much.
5. This is perhaps the best tip: Share the link on Google +. I've had pages indexed within minutes after sharing them on my Google + page. Here's a White Board Friday that Rand did that talks more about Google + http://www.seomoz.org/blog/why-every-marketer-now-needs-a-google-strategy
I hope these tips help you out.

There is no way to control how fast a site gets indexed.. However if you follow good on-page optimization and create/upload a sitemap to the search engines, it can help your site get indexed faster.

Home Pages of Several Websites are disappearing / reappearing in Google Index
Hi, I periodically use the Google site command to confirm that our client's websites are fully indexed. Over the past few months I have noticed a very strange phenomenon which is happening for a small subset of our client's websites... basically the home page keeps disappearing and reappearing in the Google index every few days. This is isolated to a few of our client's websites and I have also noticed that it is happening for some of our client's competitor's websites (over which we have absolutely no control). In the past I have been led to believe that the absence of the home page in the index could imply a penalty of some sort. This does not seem to be the case since these sites continue to rank the same in various Google searches regardless of whether or not the home page is listed in the index. Below are some examples of sites of our clients where the home page is currently not indexed - although they may be indexed by the time you read this and try it yourself. Note that most of our clients are in Canada. My questions are: 1. has anyone else experienced/noticed this? 2. any thoughts on whether this could imply some sort of penalty? or could it just be a bug in Google? 3. does Google offer a way to report stuff like this? Note that we have been building websites for over 10 years so we have long been aware of issues like www vs. non-www, canonicalization, and meta content="noindex" (been there done that in 2005). I could be wrong but I do not believe that the site would keep disappearing and reappearing if something like this was the issue. Please feel free to scrutinize the home pages to see if I have overlooked something obvious - I AM getting old. site:dietrichlaw.ca - this site has continually ranked in the top 3 for [kitchener personal injury lawyers] for many years. site:burntucker.com - since we took over this site last year it has moved up to page 1 for [ottawa personal injury lawyers] site:bolandhowe.com - #1 for [aurora personal injury lawyers] site:imranlaw.ca - continually ranked in the top 3 for [mississauga immigration lawyers]. site:canadaenergy.ca - ranks #3 for [ontario hydro plans] Thanks in advance! Google crawling but not indexing for no apparent reason
Client's site went secure about two months ago and chose root domain as rel canonical (so site redirects to https://rootdomain.com (no "www"). Client is seeing the site recognized and indexed by Google about every 3-5 days and then not indexed until they request a "Fetch". They've been going through this annoying process for about 3 weeks now. Not sure if it's a server issue or a domain issue. They've done work to enhance .htaccess (i.e., the redirects) and robots.txt. If you've encountered this issue and have a recommendation or have a tech site or person resource to recommend, please let me know. Google search engine results are respectable. One option would be to do nothing but then would SERPs start to fall without requesting a new Fetch? Thanks in advance, Alan

Google will index us, but Bing won't. Why?
Bing is crawling our site, but not indexing it, and we cannot figure out why -- plus it's being indexed fine in Google. Any ideas on what the issue with Bing might be? Here's are some details to let you know what we've already checked/established: We have 4 301’s and the rest of our site checks out We’ve already established our Robots is ok, and that we are fixing our site map/it's in fine shape We do not see anything blocking bingbot access to the site There is no varnish or any load balancers, so nothing on that end that would be blocking the access We also don't see any rules in the apache or the .htaccess config that would be blocking the access

Is there a way to index important pages manually or to make sure a certain page will get indexed in a short period of time??

Is it normal to have to wait more than three months before these pages get an indexation? Is there anything i can do to make sure these page will get an indexation soon? Greetings Bob

Why has google stopped showing one domain and switching to showing another that points to the same website?
My client has a website here: http://www.savannahchiropractic.com/ The site ranked really well for searches for the term "savannah chiroprtactor". Sometime last week (April 21 mobilegeddon?) the site slipped in rankings, but reappeared under the domain name: "www.whitemarshchiropractic.com" Both URLs go to the exact same site. and I don't even think that the whitemarshchripractic.com site is a redirect. I'm not sure how it's setup, but it's definitely not a duplicate site. The ranking is still lower than the savannahchiropractic.com site, but now appears. Anyone have any insights on this?

As a wholesale website can our independent retailer's website use (copy) our content?
As a wholesaler of villa rentals, we have descriptions, images, prices etc can our agents (independent retailers) use the content from our website for their site or will this penalize us or them in Google rankings?
