Hi,
I just started with using MOZ and at my first attemp I can not start a new campaign because my url doesn't appear to be valid.. I tried http://www.mydomain.nl , www.mydomain.nl and mydomain.nl.. It's a Dutch extension (.nl). Can this be the problem?
Excuse me my spelling and typo's. I'm Dutch

Thanks for reaching out to us. I am sorry to hear that you are having some issues with our campaign set up. Generally our campaign will queue your site server for a response with our crawler, so sites with the dutch extension should react the same way as any other site out there. Unfortunately due to many factors, we can let you know if our crawler is either getting blocked or the server simply isn't giving us a response back. If you feel more comfortable talking about this in a private setting. You are definitely welcome to send us an email at: [email protected]. There we can tell you a bit more indepth, since I have a feeling your url is not mydomain.nl

Domain Authority hasn't recovered since August
I really need some major advice on this one. Back in September, I asked a question on here as follows: "A client wanted to change their domain name, which we have now done. The site content itself is exactly the same. We put 301 redirect links in so that Google searchers would redirect from the old site to the new one. However Moz then said that it couldn't crawl the old domain because of the redirects and advised creating a brand new campaign for the new domain. We have done this but now Moz says that the domain authority of the new site is 2 (it was 14 on the old domain)." Generally the responses I got were that we should give Moz time to crawl the new domain and process all the "new" pages. It is now February, ie 6 months after the domain rename, and on Moz the site still has a DA of 2. It seems like 6 months is enough time to wait. We checked all the recommended guides and believe we have done it all correctly. I really don't know what to do now. Can anyone help or have a quick look and work out why this is so bad? Moz only crawling one page of a campaign, please help
Today I set up a new campaign for a client, however the crawl has only found the home page and is saying that the URL is unavailable. The site is definitely live and the URL is correct. I have set up the campaign 3 times one with the full address (http://www.) one with www. and with just the domain name. All three of these have come page with one page crawled and "unavailable" above the URL. It is picking up the crawl issues on the page and showing domain authority but I don't know why it's not crawling other pages. Prior to setting up the campaign I did a site crawl and Moz found everything then, so I don't know why it isn't now. Please help. Thanks

Standard Syntax in robots.txt doesn't prevent Moz bot from crawling
A client is getting many false positive site crawl errors for things like duplicate titles and duplicate content on pages that include /tag/ in the URL. An example is https://needquest.com/place_tag/autism-spectrum-disorder/page/4/ To resolve this we have set up a disallow statement in the robots.txt file that says

Canonical url does not seem to be recognised by Moz
Hey guys, forgive me... brand new user of Moz. Moz is telling me I have duplicate url's - a lot of them. Investigating I see that it is classing http://creativedigital.co.nz/artprints/lake-tekapo-church-of-the-good-shepherd?tag=lake as a duplicate of http://creativedigital.co.nz/artprints/lake-tekapo-church-of-the-good-shepherd even though there is a canonical tag in head as follows I'm not quite sure what I am doing wrong. Any advice would really be appreciated 🙂 Mike

Whenever I try to access campaigns in moz pro I get an error page
I recently signed-up for a new pro account. As I was adding my first subdomain everything was fine until I was asked to link to GA, when I clicked yes I got this error message: 403 Forbidden Now every time I click on set-up campaign I get taken to a page with nothing but the 403 Forbidden text.
