Uhhh... How do I log in?
-
Maybe this is a dumb question, but why is there no login link/button on the home page now?
(See attached image.)
Thanks!

Also, only logged in users can post in the QNA That can be an indicator too!

I wish something showed on hover.

Thank for reaching out to us! You seem to be logged in already by the looks of the button on the top right. This is what your account would look like not logged in: http://www.screencast.com/t/pFnTGKCccOKG
I hope this helps! If you have problems using our tools while logged in, please let us know. You can email [email protected] directly with any issues you have.

The login button does not show when you are currently logged in (which you are). You see the button to your Moz Analytics campaigns.
If you hover over the silhouette figure you get options to view your profile page, settings, logout, and more.

Not a dumb question. I had a lot of issues trying to find my way around this site when it first opened.
To some extent, still do.

The little person icon up at the top right should have a drop down menu that includes login.
-
You seem to already be logged in. You can click on the icon of the person (with the fancy lines next to it) in the top right corner to see your data. If you were logged out, a 'Log In' button would be visible.

Unsolved Homepage keyword Ranking
Can anyone shed some light on how a competitor can have over 500 keywords for the home page, which I can not see when I read through the page itself. I have looked at the page sauce "keywords and is lists less than 10,. So my question is how can Moz say it has over 500 when i cant see them or has the site hidden them. If they are hidden Google has not penalised them for keyword stuffing. Can anyone shed some light on this Thanks in advance

Unsolved Log in with Safari
Hello in the last month or so I seem to no longer be able to log into Moz using Safari 15 on my Mac. I have content blockers disabled (though that shouldn't be a requirement anyway). Please fix!

Solved Refund
Hi I forgot to cancellation my subscription before the trail expired. We are currently at a very nascent stage and do not require the product and can't afford it as well. During such trying times ( COVID, when the business is not doing well at all) we would really appreciate if you can refund the money and help us. Kindly consider. We missed the date by one day. We will be really grateful. Regards, Prachi Joshi

Moz keeps logging me out
Why moz keeps logging me out? It's annoying that I have to keep putting my credentials after checking the "remember me" checkbox.

I'm tired of logging in to MOZ
I like this site, I really do, which is why I visit multiple times a day. But I grow weary of these premium sites that require me to log in multiple times a day. This morning I was simultaneously working at ordercup.com, strengthcoach.com, and moz.com, and all three log me out at every turn. Argh!!! What's worse is that some MOZ pages think I'm logged in and others don't. I don't fully understand the logic behind the curtain, so I wander from page to page trying to get the login in sync. Why can't these sites work like lynda.com where I can stay logged in for days and weeks? To top it off, LastPass rolled out a new release that broke auto-login. All this logging in is getting in the way of me getting anything done.
