Moz Local Listing Score

Hi there,
I purchased MozLocal for my firm on February 27th, about 7 and a half weeks ago to the day. While I've been waiting for the results to populate and the program to do it's work, I've been manually updating all the other listings with photos and categories based off the "missing info" Moz Local provides. Throughout the last almost 8 weeks, my listing score has increased a total of 1%. At this point, should I expect to see any further results from this tool? I'm still seeing "Update in progress", yet it seems enough time has passed for at least something to happen. After two months of waiting, I'm wondering if I would have been better off updating these listings myself. Does anyone have any idea when/if I should be seeing any results?

Thanks for writing us, and we would be happy to take a look. if possible can you email this question to [email protected]. We know that providing listing information on a public forum is not the greatest experience so by emailing [email protected] a helpster should be able to review the account to make sure that everything is in tip top shape. One thing that I will say is that listing information generally takes about four weeks to update but it can take up to eight.
Hopefully once we take a peek we will be able to get everything sorted and your account back to its wonderful status.

Moz information (Rankings, Search Visibility, etc.) not working
Good afternoon! I had a quick concern / question that I wanted to ask the community. One of my campaigns hasn't moved at all since we put them into our account. Everything has stayed static: 0.00% Search Visibility, 0 Keywords Ranking, 0 Moved Up, 0 Moved Down, etc., They have been in Moz for roughly a month now. Does anyone know what might be happening? We are trying to get solid data for our client, but we can't seem to get Moz to index it, perhaps? Let me know what you think!

Difference between 'City' and 'Province' on Moz Local business listing page
Sorry, I'm stuck on this one. I'm trying to clean up my business address on Moz Local as I have a duplicated version that ranks better than my verified listing (which is Fulham Nannies). I'm wondering if the problem arises from my entry on Moz Local's business listing for which I've entered 'London' in both the 'City' and 'Location' fields.. I'm not entirely sure that's correct, or what I should in fact enter in the 'province' field other than what I've got at the moment, I.e. London. Should I put something like 'South West London' for province and keep the city entry as London? I'd really appreciate any guidance anyone might have, thanks in advance.

Moz Local for Physicians
I have a Moz Local campaign set up for a physicians clinic. MOZ has informed me that several duplicate listings for the office have been found. Some are listed using an old business name, some are listed using an old business name w/ physicians no longer practicing at the clinic. Most all have inconsistent data. The question is: Do I "ignore" or "close" these duplicate listings? Also, should I wait to clean up inconsistent data until MOZ has successfully "submitted and updated" the listings in the directories they submit to? When I search my local listing with Moz, why does it state that MOZ is unable to contact YP, Hotfrog, and Best of the Web? I will appreciate any guidance here:-)

Moz Local - duplicate descriptions
Hello, I was looking at Moz Local and saw that you are supposed to enter a business "description". However, I'm pretty sure local directories will not want duplicate descriptions - can I leave the description blank and then add varied descriptions directly? Is that a way around this issue? Your thoughts would be welcome.

Swapping Verification Source - Moz Local UK
Hi I have three verified local business (via Google MyBusiness) but when I added them to Moz Local, they only are verified by Facebook - I would like to change the verification source as Google MyBusiness is more accurate. You can see the locations in Google search here:

Fixing Duplicate Listings in Factual
Hey everyone, One our business listings is cited as having a duplicate listing in Factual in Moz Local. When you click on the "Fix Duplicate" button in Moz Local, it gives you a mailto: link that emails the Data Contributions team at Factual. I tried sending this team an email and received an automated response that read: "Thank you for your interest in Factual. We have partnered with a select group of Trusted Data Contributors (TDCs) to add, update, and manage business listings in Factual. We are no longer accepting contributions via email; instead, please work with one of our TDCs directly to update your data within Factual. The full list along with contact information can be found here: http://developer.factual.com/trusted-data-contributors/." So I'm caught in kind of a loop here. Am I just supposed to wait for Moz Local to push the correct data to Factual while Moz Local thinks that I'm able to fix it manually? Any and all suggestions and help is appreciated. Thanks,

Anyone else having trouble uploading CSV file to Moz Local?
I have filled out the listings template provided by Moz Local for creating listings. I uploaded a week or so ago and when I went to check listings today, none were created. So I tried to upload the CSV file again, and it is giving me an error saying "Make sure you are uploading a CSV (Comma Delimited) file and that you include the column titles. If you are using Microsoft Excel, please export your spreadsheet as a CSV file first.". I have saved it as a CSV in both Excel and Google sheets, but neither file seems to be recognized by Moz Local as a CSV. Is this happening because of the previously uploaded file, or did it never get uploaded in the first place and I just missed the error message the first time around? Anyone else having problems uploading their CSV and found a way to get it accepted? Is there any other way to create a CSV from an excel file other than Excel or Google Sheets? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
