2012 SEO/Customer Experience Goals

We are putting together our marketing strategy for 2012 and I was made responsible for putting together the SEO and customer experience goals for 2012. Over the past few months SEO has taken a backseat on the priority list as we have had other marketing goals we wanted to take immediate action on. We don't want to let that happen again. Our sites are rushIMPRINT.com and rushIMPRINT.ca. If anyone out there would be kind enough to take the time, do you see any glaring observations of our sites that need priority? Thanks in advance for any help!

You do have a lot of pages, I will point out that you have some duplicate title tags, and pages without meta descriptions.
Golf, Overseas, T-Shirts.. I would recommend running a Crawl Test as it will point out major issues like this.
Site seems to provide a good user experience, very pleasant looking & easy to use, from there I guess you need to make sure you have done the SEO Basics.

SEO - New URL structure
Hi, Currently we have the following url structure for all pages, regardless of the hierarchy: domain.co.uk/page, such as domain/blog name. Can you, please confirm the following: 1. What is the benefit of organising the pages as a hierarchy, i.e. domain/features/feature-name or domain/industries/industry-name or domain/blog/blog name etc. 2. Negative SEO
I have got some idiot bombarding my site with spam links, most likely a negative SEO attempt. It started off very small and has ramped up to between five and 10 spam links per day. I think it may be having a slightly negative affect although difficult to tell. I can do a link cleanup, but I'm not sure that is a long term solution, I'm just going have to do it again in a few weeks time. Does anyone have any experience?

Creating in-text links with ' 'target=_blank' - helping/hurting SEO!?!
Good Morning Mozzers, I have a question regarding a new linking strategy I'm trying to implement at my organization. We publish 'digital news magazines' that oftentimes have in-text links that point to external sites. More recently, the editorial department and me (SEO) conferred on some ways to reduce our bounce rate and increase time on page. One of the suggestions I offered is to add the 'target=_blank" attribute to all the links so that site visitors don't necessarily have to leave the site in order to view the link. It has, however, come to my attention that this can have some very negative effects on my SEO program, most notably, (fake or inaccurate) time(s) on-page. Is this an advisable way to create in-text links? Are there any other negative effects that I can expect from implementing such a strategy?

SEO mark-up language
Hi there, i have been looking into schema and noticed some articles on it recently too. Who here has used schema/mark-up language in their code? I heard Google will be looking for at this soon to interpret data better. Is it schema .org where i can get the code information from? Any help much appreciated.
