Setting up a new campaign after deactivating an old one

I set up a new campaign and had to go back to deactivate an existing one before I could activate it. Now I cant find the new one I set up, and when I try to re-input the info to set up the campaign it says that I cant because it already exists. Where do I find the campaign I already set up but couldn't activate??

I apologize for any confusion, the campaign may be inactive on the PRO side which you can re-activate here: pro.moz.com/campaigns. Make sure you are logged in before going to the link.

Moz not recognising url to setup a new account
I am attempting to setup a new account for my client but Moz is having a problem and not registering the url http://www.esc.uk.net/. I get the "oops" message & read the info on the FAQ page it refers to. Why do I keep getting an "Oops" message when I type and submit my campaign URL? To create a campaign, we need to receive a valid HTTP response from the web server hosting your site. While the site may be accessible from a standard web browser, other user-agents and search engine bots may receive a different response. If you receive this error, we recommend running a test by sending an HTTP response using any online HTTP tool. Using an online HTTP tool I believe I received an HTTP response. What else can I do? I set up a custom report to be sent to me daily about a week ago, but I haven't received any of them yet?
How long do they really take? I think I opted in to receive emails from MOZ but I didn't see that as an option on the email form. I need to be able to rely on the assumption that if I set up a custom email to send that it will in fact send.

Pro just NOTworking, won't add campaigns...help!
I have been a member before, but cancelled due to Moz not doing daily ranking. Signed up again, as i like the reporting facility, and now have planned to use this along with Rankinity. I got the free trial, added in two new campaigns, which is not a quick process if you do it correctly, and neither are showing up in my campaigns tab. So I thought, maybe its because it's a free trial...so I upgraded to the 149/month, and got billed. Tried adding a campaign again, and nada. Also tried activating archived campaigns...again, nothing. Nothing is working, talking directly to Moz is pretty much impossible (no phone number, the 'talk to us' button never gets a response - tried that on Friday), so I am trying to get some kind of answers here. What I would like from Moz is: 1. Make the adding campaigns thing work asap (I need to make the client reports soon). 2. Make it so my old archived ones, when I click the activate button work. 3. If they are feeling nice for wasting hours of my time, maybe refunding my sub for the month and putting me back on the free trial or something. My head is about to explode....HELPPPPP! Why Moz New Users Are Left Alone?
New users when sign up to an application like Moz need concrete support to make them familiarized the basics at least, but Moz seems to be not realizing this hardship of the new users or intentionally ignoring it. There is no chat service or phone numbers to quickly contact the designated agent for some quick help. Mail responses that are received after much time have their limitations -- not much interactive. What the new users should do, because the Moz is not that simple for new users. [edited question for formatting]

Creating a new campaign?
Hi, Upon signing up I clicked the link to create a new campaign, but nothing happened. The background loaded and that was it. I tried refreshing and still nothing. I went to the Pro dashboard and keep seeing "Oops! Try refreshing the page, if that doesn't work, please click here to contact our help team." Under campaigns there's no button I see to create a new one. The documentation about it here:

is outdated. I tried putting in a support ticket but the link doesn't work, just redirects me back to the top of the page. I was using Firefox but switched to Chrome, but neither browser works. Any ideas? I have to say this isn't exactly the best first impression...0 -
New to using MOZ. Familiar with Google Analytics. With MOZ is there a code snippet to include on my site?
Just taken over web marketing responsibilities at my company. Will be doing some major website upgrades soon. I'm not familiar with MOZ and don't want to overwrite anything. So when setting up MOZ, is there a code snippet that goes anyplace on the site like there is with Google analytics? Thanks.

Dashboard doesn't show new data for the passed week
Did Roger leave us to search for eastereggs 😉 ? My dashboard still shows data from the initial crawl (2- 8 april), and hasn't updated since. Have I switched something off ? The next run should contain 9 - 15 april, and that period closed yesterday so I wonder what's going on ...

Quickest Way to Pro Campaigns after Log In?
For some reason every time I sign into Moz there is no sign of a button or menu for my pro campaigns. I have to click on the Moz Analytics button at the top right of the screen. As of today I now have to click a campaign within analytics before I see any sign of a pro campaign button. Can anyone tell me the quickest and easiest way to find my pro campaigns once I've signed in? I also have the same problem if I wonder off to blogs, Q&A, Products and Training. Feeling increasingly frustrated and starting to avoid using Moz.
