How do I correct my axiom.com directory listing?
-
Does anyone know how I can correct my axiom.com directory listing? I do pay for Moz Local Listings, however, this one refused to updater per my CVS file used by Moz. Is there a way to do so without paying axiom as well?
The provided website URL fails to display and the city is incorrect on axiom.com's directory. It is correct in the Moz file submitted.

Can you help my place the benefit of paying for Moz Local, if I now need to pay for so many individual directories to update the information. I presumed that Moz Local would have the reach to do that. My score has actually gone down since using it. Rather than correcting listings, new one were generated and now I have more problems than ever with multiple listings and have to go pay additional to fix them.

That's the link to register to edit your axciom business listing. You will likely have to create an account and then do a phone verification. If I recall correctly the phone verification generally requires you to call them from the phone number on the listing.

Moz Local and Apple Maps: How does the listing update work?
Hello, how are apple maps updated via Moz Local? We have a client who changed their business name within the last six months. We noticed one of the few items that has not changed to date within their Moz dashboard is the name of the business on Apple Maps. In the Accuracy grid, the only item not checked within the Apple Maps column is the business name. Does anyone know how this process works within the Moz Local portal? Is there something we can do to advance the name change on our end? Thank you.

Moz Local showing wrong Acxiom Listing
Hey there -- The Acxiom listing that is showing up for a client in Moz Local isn't the clients business. It's showing a different law office. The only overlapping data is the city, state and zip code. For reference, the client has claimed their Acxiom business listing. Anything I can do to fix this? I can't even click on the listing from Moz.

My Local listings are not showing in Moz
Hello, Our company recently moved offices, so last week I updated the contact details on all the directories we were on and created a few. These include Facebook, google plus, Google business listings, Bing, Scoot, Factual.com, Central Index, Thomson local etc etc. I have re-checked and the details are all correct - address, name, website, telephone number - however when I check my local listings in Moz, only two are showing. Is there anything else I can do?

Duplicate Verified Publishing Listings
We have two duplicate verified published listings on our dashboard. One was verified with Google and Facebook and the other just with Facebook. Both listings also appear to be the same when clicked on (goes to the published listing verified with Google and Facebook); however, they both have different renewal dates so it appears that we may be charged twice for the same listing. At least that is what it looks like on the dashboard. We want to cancel and delete one of them (the one verified only with Facebook), but want to make sure doing so won't affect the other listing. Thanks!

MozLocal Listing Results
Hi there, Within the last week, I've signed up for MozLocal with the intent of improving our listing score (we're currently listed at a 67%); I'm wondering how long it generally takes before I see any improvements to this score. Thanks!

Moz Local not recognizing my CSV Listing File After Multiple Attempts
I'm trying to get Moz local to recognize my csv file, and its not seeming to do so. I've tried using Google Spreadsheets, OpenOffice Calc, and have even used a Moz Local generator in Google Docs. I've tried this a dozen times now, and none of them seem to work, and leave me with the error -- We did not recognize the file type you uploaded. Please make sure the file you upload is in CSV (Comma Delimited) format. You may need to re-save or export the spreadsheet as a CSV. Please note that the column headers are required, and must not be changed. Feel free to use our template to fill out your listing info.
