Why do ignored crawl issues still count as issues?
-
I use Cloudflare, so I can't avoid the Crawl Error for "Pages with no Meta Noindex" because of the way Cloudflare protects email addresses from harvesting (it creates a new page that has no meta noindex values).
I marked this issue as "ignore" because there's nothing I can do about it, and it doesn't really affect my site's performance from an SEO standpoint.
But even marked as ignore, it is still included in my site crawl issues count. Of course, I want to see that issues count drop to zero, but that can't happen if the ignored issues are counted. I don't want mark it fixed, because technically it's not fixed.

Hi there!
Thanks so much for the question! Sorry for any confusion here!
Ignored issues should not count toward your total issue count once your next crawl takes place. When you ignore an issue, it will not be immediately reflected in your issue count but once your next crawl takes place, you should see the issue count reflect the removal of the ignored issue.
If you're finding that this is not happening and your ignored issues are still being counted, please send us an email at [email protected] and we'll be sure to take a look and see what's going on!
I hope this helps!

Why does Moz only seem to be crawling a snap shot of the site I am working with?
I was wondering if anyone can help? I am working using Moz to help improve the SEO on a website I am working with, the website contains thousands of pages, yet for some reason Moz only seems to be crawling a small snap shot of the website. I know there are particular pages that I had added a couple of weeks ago - about 300 in total - and none of these were showing on the first crawl, so I did another on-demand crawl and some of these showed up then. Despite this, it says it crawled 700ish pages, but there are getting close to 20-30ish thousand live pages on the site. Any thoughts and guidance as to why they crawling may be stopping?

Do I have to manually mark as 'fixed' or 'Ignore' manually on Metadata Issues when completed?
When I have amended the missing description Metadata issue on an individual page do I have to manually mark as 'fixed' or 'Ignore'? I have attended to several pages regards Missing Description Metadata Issues and not manually marked them as fixed. However they still appear in metadata missing description issues after a second on demand crawl? Will they continue to appear until I manually mark them as fixed?

Duplicate titles issue
Hi, For the second week in a row MOZ is finding duplicate titles crawling my website.
Getting Started | | AlessiaCamera
But as you see in the attached screenshot it doesn't seem it's a clear duplicate title thing, as it's mainly due to the different pages having the same title.
What should I do? Is it really affecting my SERP positioning? ZANRT0 -

A lot of duplicate content issues - does Moz understand canonical URL?
Hi, Since I subscribed to Moz my Magento store has given a lot of duplicate content issues. However, I did have a problem with Canonical URL at the time. It has been settled for a couple of weeks by now and although I had 302 redirects before, I configured Magento to 301 today. Since Moz has been crawling and showing duplicate content for exactly the same Magento pages but with endings like store=us, store=aus etc (since I have several store views enabled), I am wondering whether canonical URL does actually help Google to skip these versions of the duplicate pages and does Moz also understand it and will it reduce the amount of duplicate content errors once the 301 redirects and canonical URLs have been properly set for a week or so? Thanks!

After fixing Crawl Errors, how long does it take to for Moz or Google to re-crawl a website?
Last night I found out through Moz that my robots.txt file was blocking any crawling of my website. I fixed the issue. Now do I just sit and wait?

I am new to MOZ, I set up one tracking campaign two weeks ago, I have tracked no keywords, I have done some keyword research for ranking difficulty and in two weeks I have already hit 50K pages crawled, I'm maxed out, is this common?
I am a startup and can't afford the higher plans yet. And even their highest plan is 600K pages crawled, which seems really low considering how lightly I used the tool and how quickly I hit 50K. Does anyone have any advice or information on how they use the tool on lower packages? Did I do something wrong to hit 50K pages crawled that fast? Does this pricing make any sense, it seems like an incredibly high price, I love the tool, any help is appreciated.
