Follower Wonk for Facebook
-
Is there anything like Followerwonk for Facebook that I can use to look for link prospects?
-
The closest thing I've been able to come across is Facebook Insights. It is essentially Facebook Analytics and displays the information fairly well.

I'm looking for a tool like this, too, Wayne. No luck at all so far. It'd be great if the tool had:
- Segmenting (friends and fans by influence, # shares, # likes, location, etc.)
2)User-intersecting.
-
link prospects

Not that I know of. What would you be looking for exactly?

No-follow Links - Do they work for SEO?
Seems like some of the big sides only give no-follow links now are they still useful for building link authority? Do you have any experience? Thanks

No Follow Link Advice for a Newbie
Hi Moz-ers! 2 part question I would love suggestions to: I'm fairly new to the SEO world and working towards targets of 4 'follow' and 6 'no_follow' links a month, in house. 1. Apart from Wikipedia and bloggers that issue 'no_follow' links, what are good 'no_follow' slink generation ideas? 2. I've read lots about the benefit of no_follow and follow links and the ongoing debate, how does this target/KPI stack up against others out there? And is it a well structured target? I know its a big question, but I'd love some feedback. Big Thanks!

Followed links from one of our biggest channel?
Hi everyone, I have a new client that's a huge company and has a disastrous ranking. It's a Human Resources company that among other things, they post job offers on their site in which people have to register to apply. As a channel to outreach more people, they are using a popular site for job offers on the country. There, the job position is described and they tell users to apply within this channel or on their own site. But there's no actual link to their site. Will Google find it spammy to post their site's link for that specific job offer on this channel on every job description? No competitor is doing it so it made me doubt a little bit. NOTE: The job offer channel doesn't allow us to "nofollow" a link. All the links are followed. Thanks to any suggestion.

Facebook Likes
I see major companies now conducting TV advertising advising viewers they will donate money to worthy causes every time they are "liked" on Facebook. If Facebook likes carry some or all the weight of a link, doesn't this amount to buying links, and how will search engines deal with this?

Twitter followers and link campaigns
Hi All, This may be a silly question but I like to ask the obvious 🙂 If i had acround 3,000 twitter followers and wanted to embark on a link campaign, would it be wise to simply tweet out to all and essentially say, please link to my site XXXX or would it be better to select individual followers and email them directly? I was wondering if its just a 'win win' with tweeting followers or whether poor links from some users might cause more harm than good. Thanks all
