Just found this plugin http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/opengraph-and-microdata-generator/
Again I cannot vouch for it as I just found it, but they are using something in the section.

No entirely sure, but I have schema.org setup on many of my websites and on none of them is there anything about schema.org in the section nor have I ever read about it.
Everything is normally in the part within div's.
This maybe helpful if it is a WP blog, http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wordlift/, but I have not personally used it so cannot vouch for it, just found it doing a search.

Organization Schema on Interior Pages
What is everyone doing regarding organization schema markup on interior pages? The following article on Moz states that Organization schema should only appear on pages that are about the company (homepage, about page, contact page, etc.): https://mza.seotoolninja.com/blog/structured-data-for-seo-2 The Yoast SEO plug-in adds the Organization schema to every page of the site. I am trying to determine what to do with this conflicting information.

Schema for Rebate
Let's say I have a list of rebates available in either a fixed or percentage based format. I'm looking for the most appropriate schema.org code to use for this, currently using aggregateOffer for the list and referencing the name of each rebate, but search console advises that "lowprice" isn't specified, and I only seem to be able to specify a fixed price in the local currency here. I don't think using "lowprice" is appropriate here because this isn't a list of products with the lowest price, but it's a list of rebates to choose from. Is there anything that is more appropriate to use in this case than aggregateOffer?

Implementing Schema.org on a web page
Hi all, As we know, implementing Schema doesn't change the look & feel of a web page for the users. So here is my Question.. Could we implement Schema markup on the web pages only for Bots (but not visible to users in a Source code) so that page load time doesn't increase?

Schema.org for news websites?
So as of late I have been on something of a mission to mark up my news website with as much accurate and detailed Schema and Open Graph data as possible, in order to not only allow the search engines to understand my content properly, but also to ensure everything appears in the most ideal fashion when linked to from Facebook, Google+, etc. Here is an example of a typical article page: http://www.nerdscoop.net/technology/video-games-459 As you'll see I currently have news posts marked up as article because that is essentially exactly what they are, but is there a better way to emphasise that they are news rather than just generic articles? My second question is regarding the category pages and the home page. How would be best to mark these up? With OG the task is fairly simple, because I can specify the homepage as being a website, but not so with Schema from what I can see. Either way, this is an interesting subject to me and I look forward to any discussion as a result. Thanks for looking.

Do Schema.org changes impact local SEO
I've reviewed the various presentation and blog posts from SMX advanced regarding local SEO and I didn't see any mention of Schema.org and microformats. Has any research or case studies been presented supporting that implementation of Schema.org microformats will improve local results? Here is one example where I've implemented the basics in the address info of the footer. http://bit.ly/lZQYeg Any tips on how to further optimize with schema.org markup?
