Link Assistant SEO Tool - Any Others?
-
I have the most boring copier service website, clients cool, concept is really boring; Well I am looking to generate this client some link back juice, cause this guy is struggling for traffic, and I am am struggling to generate a buzz about copier services??
Fortunately, it's only local, so that helps me with testing my localization campaigning.
Any opinions on this software?
Do you know of some better "Back Linking Software?
I was considering buying it. But once I go to purchase it, I second guess myself; "It just looks shady, and the perpetual up-sale, turns me off.".
I really just value the MOZer communities opinions! and I want to see what the community thinks of the above company, and if ya heard anything good, or bad. The Demo seems legit as hell!

For what you want to do - link assistant is not the answer. Keep in mind, just a few good links will go much further than the spam that many auto-linking software programs generate.
There was a really good article in YouMoz the other day about how to create interesting / buzzworthy content for boring industries (like copier services!) - take a look, and think about how you can apply it to what you're doing:

Thanks All.
Your very correct.

I agree with Stephen. Stay away from those Junk Yards.

Having not ever used this tool, I will go out on a limb and say that any software or service that includes the phrase "Top 10 Rank Guarantee" in the title tag is blackhat.
Also, anytime you see this or a similar phrase "be ready to pile money", just don't. Obvious scam is obvious.

Tools for editorial organizations?
Other than google trends, are there tools a publication could give its writers to help them optimize their articles. Sometimes these articles are very newsy pieces, sometimes they are more evergreen features. In other words, if they're writing a story about the Greek Debt Crisis, I'd love to give them a tool that would suggest the language that is trending most at the moment and then, as the story evolves, identify the language that would be important then. Are there tools to help with this?

Tool recommendation for Page Depth?
I'd like to crawl our ecommerce site to see how deep (clicks from home page) pages are. I want to verify that every category, sub-category, and product detail page is within three clicks of the home page for googlebot. Suggestions? Thanks!

A tool to tell a websites estimated traffic
I am new to Moz (as a member), so I am not sure if Moz has a tool that I need. I don't want this post to be about self promotion, so I will keep it short. Our business helps increase conversions and sales for online businesses. Our ideal prospects belongs to some key categories of businesses like ecommerce, saas etc. However, I would like to know the estimated volume of traffic for a website before approaching them and introducing our service. So if there was a tool I could use to estimate the volume of visitors a specific website receives on average a day or month, it would be hugely beneficial.Obviously, these are prospective clients, so we do not have access to their system or their analytics. I just want to get an estimate. So for example, if I entered the domain abc.com into the system, I would hope it could tell me, that abc.com gets an average of 900 unique visitors a day. I don't need too much detail like geographic locations etc, but it would be a bonus having that additional information. I also don't mind paying for a tool that's quality. So it doesn't have to be free.

What SeoMoz tools should I use to track the sucess of my SEO efforts and find possible linking partners?
HI All, I am a new user to SEO moz pro and I have a few questions I hope you can help me with. We are adding a new product category to an existing site and I am wondering what tools to use to track our SEO efforts to build ranking for these new products. I have already started a campaign that tracks the ranking of our primary keywords but I am wondering if there are other tools I should be using as well. Currently our SEO strategy is centered around link building. I have been approaching sites that have content related to our products and offering to write articles, guest blogs, and create educational resources that benefit the sites users and have specific anchor text linking back to our site. Since we are trying to build rank for a new category of products should I be linking to the general product category page or should I try to link to sub categories or individual products? Also I have used the juicy link finder to help me identify related sites that I can approach but I haven't received very many good leads. Is there a more specific way to use the tool or another tool that I should try? If you have any suggestions about other SEO strategies/activities that we should be pursuing please share your ideas! Thanks!
