Set crawl frequency
-
Current crawl frequency is weekly, is it possible for me to set this frequency our-self?
-
This post is five years old, and I haven't worked as a Moz employee in over two years. If you email [email protected], they should be able to help you.
-
Can you please provide the right URL? This URL is out dated and there is no redirect... Isn't that bad SEO?
-
If you go to the URL in my first response, the instructions there will explain how it works. Have you tried visiting that URL?
-
Can you please tell me the steps for that.
Thank you.

You can run the crawl on demand for up to 3000 urls at a time. That should help you out between regular crawls.

Now i made some error correction based on the crawl report, Now i have to wait for a week for the crawl to happen to see that the errors are gone.
Is there a way for me to verify correction or regenerate the error report?
-
The crawl frequency is weekly and cannot be changed. What you can do is run a crawl test from http://pro.seomoz.org/tools/crawl-test if you need a crawl on demand.

Crawl Report Re-direct Notice?
Just trying to understand if this is bad or not. The crawl report has picked up that my website is redirecting (301) from http://mysite.com to http://www.mysite.com - under Crawl Notices (blue section). Is this the wrong way to do it as we wanted the www domain version? Is that why SEOMoz has flagged it ?

SEOMoz crawler here hit's our site and gets a 403. I've looks in our blocked request logs and amazon is the only one in there. What is going on here?

Amount of Pages Crawled Dropped Significantly
I am just wondering if something changed with the SEOMoz crawler. I was always getting 10,000 or near 10,000 pages crawled. After the last two crawls I am ending up around 2500 pages. Has anything changed that I would need to look at it see if I am blocking the crawler or something else?

The Site Explorer crawl shows errors for files/folders that do not exist.
I'm fairly certain there is ultimately something amiss on our server but the Site Explorer report on my website (www.kpmginstitutes.com) is showing thousands of folders that do not exist. Example: For my "About Us" page (www.kpmginstitutes.com/about-us.aspx), the report shows a link: www.kpmginstitutes.com/rss/industries/404-institute/404-institute/about-us.aspx. We do have "rss", "industries", "404-institute" folders but they are parallel in the architecture, not sequential as indicated in the error url. Has anyone else seen these types of error in your Site Explorer reports?
