What is regular link building plan ?

what type of link i need to build on regular basis?
blog
article directory
any more ?

I would also suggest make sure the links are quality and relevant. I'm seeing some links to your site from URLs like http://paloma81.blogspot.com/2011/11/dream-home-savvy-home.html and it's really not relevant or helpful to you, and likely to be removed by the blog owner as spam.

I never classify link building to regular and special plans but i think anything quality should be the regular link building plan...and article directories might not be the part of it. In the regular plan i think guest blogging, personal blog updates, outreaching for links and similar activities should be the part of the regular plan!

Hello Umer
I would suggest that you not rely on other people to analyse your site and come up with a link plan for you.
You are here on moz for a reason and that is to learn. There are blog posts daily about it, you can go to blogs that focus on link building to learn strategies.
Fellow mozzers could only help you so much.
Keri mentioned a great link to start with. Search for Paddy Moogan posts. Jon Cooper, Jason Acidre and others have their own blogs that talk about link acquisition strategies and stuff like that.
You can search in http://inbound.org and find gems in there, as well as in Twitter.
You can create your own plan, just remember to not over use your anchors.
I could see that you really want to rank for those words but resist the temptation of just hammering the same keywords over and over. Use your brand as part of your anchor texts.
Continue to build each month without just thinking about the next directory you can submit to.

Hi Umer - Welcome to SEOMoz - The first place I look for possible link-building is in my competitors links. I look at their inbound links and analyze which ones might be from good sites for us too. If they feel natural, I contact the appropriate parties and either ask for a link or decide what might earn us a link from their site.
Here's a real-life example. Earlier this year, we made a goal to get "X" number of .edu links this year. I proceeded by identifying .edu sites that were linking to competitiors and how. As a first step, after identifying possibilities, I simply wrote to the owners of the .edu pages. Within one week I gained a .edu link
See? It doesn't necessarily take anything more than a request.

LinkedIn switching links in messages to httpS?
One of my clients has been using the "Send a message" function in LinkedIn to reach out to folks with whom he's connected, and it seems that recently (though it could have always been this way), LinkedIn is changing the URL from http:// to https:// when he provides a link to his website. His site isn't secure, since it's not ecommerce and doesn't collect PII, and though I know that Google "likes" sites that are https, it doesn't seem like it's worth the investment. I did test this, and found the same "switcheroo" happening to me. Anyone know if this is a new LinkedIn thing, and if there's a workaround? Thanks for reading!

Pintrest links not showing on Open Site Explorer
Hi, sorry for the 'simple' question, but I have one client who has a Pintrest link which shows up on the Open site Explorer (Page Authority 60, Domain Authority 100) and a second client who also uses Pintrest but their link doesn't show up on Open Site Explorer. I didn't set either of the clients' Pintrest pages up myself, but I can't see why the 2nd client's page isn't showing up in Open site explorer:- http://pinterest.com/unilifestudents/photoshoot-park-house/

Best Link Building Agencies in Australia
Hi all, I'd like to ask the community to recommend some great agencies that specialise in large scale link building (enterprise level), especially around link baiting & social linking. Would like to avoid the traditional paid links and have someone who's innovative in their approach. If you've had experience with any of them, would be great to hear your experiences. Thanks.

3 month intern plan, thoughts/opinions appreciated
Just looking for some opinions here. I'll be hiring a summer intern to help with marketing, spreading the word, and link building. Just wanted to get some feedback on what I'm thinking of having them do. 1. Run back link checks on all competitor websites and ask the owner/webmaster if they'd consider linking to us. 2. Directory submit to any relative directories that pass link juice. 3. Find relevant websites or forums and ask for links, run broken link checker while on their site as well. Maybe offer their audience some sort of freebee or special product/e-book. 4. Create hang outs on Google +, groups on Linkedin.com, Quora etc. Follow relevant Twitter followers and post content regularly. Trying to think of a few other things as well. Looking forward to your opinions. Thanks.

Twitter inbound link not being indexed
Hello Mozzers! I was using open site explorer to investigate inbound links to our company website and also to our competitors. The main difference being is their top links are all coming from twitter - where as ours aren't. Now our twitter account is about 10months old maybe more and it's got the standard setup with a description and the URL. We've also been tweeting with a link directly to our site. Yet no luck? Am I missing something? Thanks, Dan

Benefits of getting inbound links to your Facebook account to go through your domain?
Hi, I was browsing a magazine recently and came across an advert that had a text of: domain.com.au/facebook When you visit this address you are automatically redirected to their Facebook account. It got me thinking, is there any benefit to this? It's the first time I've seen it and I presume they get links from outside sources to their FB account to go to domain.com.au/facebook rather than facebook.com/sitename Thanks

Do facebook shares pass share juice the same way links pass link juice?
If i have a page on my domain say PAGE-A and let's say it's located at: http://www.mydomain.com/something/page-a and this page has quite a lot of page authority from many many inbound links. It is my understanding that if i "sculpt" the internal links on PAGE-A to point at only my primary targets, let's call the PAGE-B, PAGE-C, and PAGE-D; then those pages would gain some benefit from this link juice flowing through. Consider a similar situation where i have a page, say PAGE-F located at: http://www.mydomain.com/anotherpage/page-F and page-F gets 150 facebook shares. would the links on page-F pass this benefit on in any way? Or is only the direct target of the facebook share gaining benefit from this facebook sharing? Furthermore, lets consider a scenario where there are 30 or 40 similar pages like PAGE-F all with links out to my primary targets. Would these primary targets gain anything as these 30 or 40 pages gained facebook shares? Repeat above question, replace 'facebook' with 'twitter'. repeat again for 'google+' ?
