Report is scheduled for next month - need it now

Hi all,
I just made a report from Moz pro. After selecting all the reports I wanted clicked finished.
My report would send by e-mail to me and my account address. But I still haven't received any report.
When I check the 'manage report' page it says that my next report will be created in july. But I need it nowIt has been about 2 hours now since I created the report. Can someone tell my when I've to be more patience or it will take up to july for my first report?
My campaign allready is added more then a month ago. First time to export the reports as complete set

Hello there!
I took a look at your campaigns and do see the custom reports were created today. This means your monthly reports will begin collecting data for June thru July which is why your first report will be sent to you next month. In the meantime you can always export your current history for each metric as separate reports (except link analysis). I hope this helps and I do apologize for any confusion.

Keyword ranking is different from rankings report
I just recently posted a blog with the hopes on winning the search "what is sharepoint" I am tracking that query in Moz. I checked this weekend and it looks like I did land in the SERP's postion 23- 26. My colleague a couple hours away from me can see it too in a similar position, and in the rankings I can see it in position 24 when I click on the SERP's spot in moz, but it does not show my position as a rank # Any idea why? Both campaigns are now useless due to URL rewrite?
I have two campaigns on Moz and they were doing fine until I made the decision to rewrite my URL to remove www so, www.thing.com becomes thing.com Moz sees this as a error it seems and I am now getting error code 902. I tried to change my campaign setting but it won't let me change the URL because it's got historical information that doesn't pertain I guess. What should I do? Was it a mistake to remove the www? Thanks for any advise, Greg

Why can't the dates be changed in automatic reports?
I want to be able to change the publish date of automatic reports in my campaigns. One such campaign, which is a client campaign, it's set to run on the 8th after I selected "monthly". However, this doesn't work for me as this client want's to meet each month on between the 2nd and 5th of each month and I have to have this report data. So, I need to run this report on the first. Not the 2nd, not every 4 weeks... on the first. It seems like you guys have a fundamental flaw in the design of this tool, as great as it is. You've set the projects to auto run each month from the date it was added (at least from what I can tell). Provided that's true, then this would explain why the monthly reports won't work on my schedule because their on a weekly schedule instead. We, as clients, should be given the option to schedule when our scanning runs, when our reports get generated, etc. Every company runs their SEO and marketing differently, but the away you've set this up with the lack of options for us, forces us to work around your tools scheduling and not the other way around. Also, out of all of the SEO tools I've tried (quite a few), none have had this limitation. This should be addressed immediately. Thanks, Micha

Moz Analytics Reports Scheduling
Hi, We have been using Moz now for a few weeks now and we are trying to run reports based on various time frames and can't seem to do so? For example on the if we needed a report from say 17/04/2014- 30/04/2014 how would we achieve this? Or if we wanted to schedule reports based on a calendar month- how do we achieve this? I tried running reports on the 1/05/2014 and received reports for Apr 25 - May 2, 2014. Also on the DASHBAORD- the timeframe only appears to display 'WEEKLY' and the last week of the month- 23th April- 30- Apr. Or will this change once we have more historical data compiled? Thanks,

Why Isn't My Analytics Report Downloading?
In the "Preview & Download" section of reporting, I clicked the "Generate PDF Report Preview" and it initiates loading but it has been approximately 30 minutes and the report PDF still hasn't generated. Does anyone know why this may be? Thanks!

Need to Login EVERY TIME!
Since you switched from SEOMoz to Moz, every time I access the site (no matter if I close the browser or not) I am asked to login again, even though I am selecting the "Remember Me" option. Can you please fix that? PS: Same thing happens with OSE.
