Can you create additional users for Moz Analytics?
-
I have just begun setting up Moz Analytics for some of my clients. It lets me add 5 client's sites to a single account but I can't find anywhere to create an additional user/login for a specific account that way I can give access to each client only to their campaign.
Is this not possible and if not something you plan on integrating in the near future?

Hi everyone,
I have some awesome news to share: Multiseat is here!! With it, Moz Pro account owners will be able to provide unique logins for their team members.
If you want to learn more about what our v1 of Multiseat includes or how we plan to iterate on it in the future, please check out our blog post: At Last! You Can Now Add Users to Your Moz Pro Account.
Thank you for your patience, everyone!

I've just signed up and am amazed that you can't do this. I want my clients to login and see their campaign and learn about what is happening.

Hi Kevin
You can keep track of this feature and add feedback through our feature request forum. The specific thread for multi-seat can be found here: https://seomoz.zendesk.com/entries/20199538-Is-there-a-way-I-could-add-another-user-to-access-my-PRO-account-

"I've taken on this issue personally, to deliver the best resolution for this customer need."
Any update on this? It's been almost a year since this was first asked. That's eternity in the startup world that Moz is still considering itself to be in.

Keri any update on status on availability for client logins

We don't have an estimated time at the moment, per Megan's comment at http://moz.com/community/q/can-i-add-another-user-to-my-seomoz-pro-campaign#reply_09021. We'll keep everyone updated when we do have more information.
-
Just checking to see if this project has moved forward enough to give us an estimated time frame for rolling this out?
-
Great! Looking forward to it being released as well.
-
Happy to hear it is in the works and look forward to it being released.
-
The ability for multiple people to use one account is in development, but is taking a little longer than expected. I don't have an estimated time on it yet, but it is our most popular request and we're all eager for it to be rolled out.
-
Thanks for the information. I really hope they get this feature added in soon as me having to create a separate Moz Analytics account for each client and having each one pay $100 a month on top of my fees to tweak and edit their site to improve it based on the analytics each month will drastically reduce the amount of clients who are will to pay for their services. But if I can divide that $100 across 4 or 5 clients per account it will be a much easier sell to clients and in Moz's case increase the amount of people that use their software. It's really a win for everybody.

I spoke with some of the Moz team about this at MozCon 2013 and from the sounds of it they are moving in that direction - where people can create Moz accounts and admins can great access to their analytic data.
I wasn't given a time frame on the enhancement... hopefully soon!
Mike

Unsolved No replies from [email protected] - one of our IPs is blocked by Cloudflare so we cannot access Moz Community from there
Hi all,
Product Support | | DanielDL
I am a bit at my wits end trying to get some acknowledgement from MOZ. Have had no replies, no ticket auto-replies, no updates on any of the messages I have sent via the Moz Help Form on the website. Literally nothing. I wanted to avoid having to post publicly, but does anyone know how to raise a "technical problem" ticket with MOZ? [email protected] never replies and the Help Form doesn't generate any kind of ticket. From our main office we get an "Access denied" Error (via Cloudflare) specifically for the Moz Community area. This happened to us in February of this year and has been happening again all through May. After testing ourselves with our IT, we determine that MOZ's Cloudflare account has incorrectly blocked the dedicated IP address specific to the internet connection at our head office. This means that none of our Moz User accounts can access anything related to the Community area in our account when working at the studio. We can only do so when working remotely (ie. some other IP address). This is incredibly frustrating, particularly as we've been on a proper paid MOZ account for many years. And I have sent numerous email requests, messages via the Form, etc., and have never heard back from anyone at all. The problem has been on-going for some time and I guess it is my fault because I tried to politely wait a fair amount of time between each follow-up. Only to realize that, actually, I don't think anyone is monitoring [email protected] or even the Form submissions, or are even looking into the issue for me. Am hoping this message is seen by someone at Moz so they can let me know what is going on please? Guys..... c'mon.....0 -
I have assigned a Moz Pro seat to someone but they can't access a campaign's rankings report?
Hi there, I'm the account admin on a Moz Pro account. I have assigned a seat to a freelancer who's doing some work for me and they say they can't access a campaign's rankings report? The manage user's section shows them as having a seat license? It's been issued and accepted by them? Any ideas here? Thanks

Site down: "high CPU usage is due to the large traffic generated from Moz
My client's site is down and the web host gives says that Moz is the reason why. "The fact that your site was limited is because the traffic generated by Moz. This is why I have suggested to block their IP addresses." Now we have unblocked the IP addresses and as you can see your site was limited again. And again the : Code: 54.224.139.99 - - [26/Oct/2017:16:00:43 -0500] "GET /amp/@Smile_Design_/@Smile_Design_/@Smile_Design_/page/2/@Smile_Design_/@Smile_Design_/@Smile_Design_/@Smile_Design_/@Smile_Design_/@Smile_Design_/@Smile_Design_/page/2/@Smile_Design_/page/2/@Smile_Design_/@Smile_Design_/@Smile_Design_/@Smile_Design_/ HTTP/1.0" 200 58551 "-" "rogerbot/1.1 (http://moz.com/help/guides/search-overview/crawl-diagnostics#more-help, [email protected])"

Why is Moz Crawl Diagnostics labelling pages as duplicate when they appear to be different?
Moz Crawl Diagnostics is flagging some pages on the Doorfit website as duplicate, yet the page content is completely different and not identical. Example. Page: http://www.doorfit.co.uk/locks-security/secondary-security Duplicate: http://www.doorfit.co.uk/seals-and-sealants?cat=279 Does anybody have any suggestions as to why this might be the case? Thanks

Reset my MOZ Account?
I recently redesigned my 2 websites. Both are large 80+ page sites with unique text on every page, no keyword stuffing and generally using all the proper SEO techniques ( I hired a professional w/ 10 years experience). My pages rank for the targeted terms, but MOZ reports say "Not in the Top 50". I had friends run "Clean Searches" from the west coast and we were ranking. Prior to the redesign, I used MOZ and the reports were very accurate. Should I reset my MOZ account or what?

Has the Moz website update affected my data?
Hi Moz, I can see you are currently updating your website and regularly get either the new or old moz format when I log into my account. When I am in my account and Moz is in the new format my account info including keyword ranking & external followed links dramatically change. I am just trying to investigate if it is a moz issue with data or something else? Help would be appreciated. Thanks a lot, Beth

Moz forum response seems to crash Outlook?
Hi, Like the new look of Moz. I got an automated email the other day saying someone had responded to a question we asked on Moz. However, when opening the email, it really held Outlook 2010 up. So slow that it crashed Outlook a couple of times. When trying to forward the email to a colleague, I got the 'Contacting \d1...cloudfront.net\img_users' dialogue box, which just stood there for ages, and eventually I had to give up and force Outlook to quit. Please see attached screenshot. Looking at the URL Outlook was trying to reach indicates it's trying to load up the avatar of the person who responded. Which would look nice I admit, but don't really need it in the email if it's going to cause Outlook to crash. There is an 'image not found' icon next to the post, so that's why I assume Outlook is searching for that image. It's almost as if the image is incorrectly referencing a local source (network drive) which it can never find. Perhaps there is a missing http:// prefix before the image in the tag? Anyway, was curious to know if anyone else has this problem, or if anyone at Moz can check this out (update template?) Regards, Rich M6AY0GQ
