Is there a way to filter the new KW lists by KW's that are triggering certain SERP features? (Videos, Quick Answers, etc...)
-
I've been creating KW lists using the new Moz Pro tool and I love the quick visualization of all the different serp features those keywords are triggering in aggregate, however I'd love to be able to filter the list to see which keywords are triggering videos without having to do a SERP Analysis one at a time to see the listings. Is there a way to do that?
Thanks!

Great, thanks Jon!

Hello!
Right now you are correct, there is no way to filter the SERP Features list by Feature inside the Keyword Explorer Tool. However, very soon, this is coming to our Rankings tool. So for keywords that you are tracking as part of a campaign, you will be able to filter by SERP Feature, in the same way you can filter by say, Location, right now.
In terms of filtering in Keyword Explorer, I will pass that onto the Product team over there.
Hope this helps!

Hi David,
Thanks for your response. I'm a little confused though. The Keyword List report has an "Analyzed Date" for all the queries in the list, and the charts at the top have the the "Potential", "Opportunity", SERP Features" and other factors aggregated into charts, so it seems the data is actually there, you just can't filter it.
It seems you can filter all of the other factors (Potential, age, volume, difficulty, etc...), but you aren't able to filter by SERP feature.
I'd love to know what keywords I have in my list that triggered videos, quick answers or other features (even if it's not live).
Is that something that can be added to the tool?

Hello!
I'm afraid the SERP reports are live results so there isn't a way for us to see if universal results are present until a SERP report is requested.

Will the Pro tool be updated to reflect the new meta description length?
Hi, I'm wondering if and when the tool will be updated for the above purpose - I'm currently testing it out with a view to purchase a subscription and have onboarded a couple of clients, but the reports are coming back with meta description length errors, but as I'm sure you know the "legal" length of these was recently increased to I believe 320 characters. Any insight here would be awesome - thanks so much!

Need to get SERP rankings for keywords not in top 50
I have built a list of keywords for several new pages. My site does not currently rank in the top 50 for any of these keywords, but we need to find out where we do rank and try to improve ranking. How do I use Moz to see where my keywords rank if they are not ranking in the top 50?

Feature Request for Page Optimization at Campaign
Please ensure that old URLs, which are not anymore in the Search Engine Index or online at the campaign site, appearing at the Page Optimization page in Moz Pro. It is very annoying to remove every week these outdated pages, which have 301 in Server Reponse. Greetings, Hans

Keyword Explorer Feature Request
At the minimum, I would like to see the Keyword Explorer Volume Filter drop down stay open when selecting or unselecting a range. As an added bonus I would like to see an all and none option. This would eliminate having to open the drop down and selecting each range individually. I assume features are ranked by number thumbs ups? PS I see the Support - Feature Requests tag option at the bottom of the authoring screen. But is there a way to filter feature request posts, I can only filter by support? 0

Suggestion to Improve Moz's Link Data
Hello All. The recent Index update (29th January) seems to have produced quite a few shocks to Moz Pro users. Index updates always cause panic and joy every time they are released. However, I feel this is a big improvement that could be made. In this last index, the DA for my site has remained the same. I was expecting a rise, simply because I have been doing some link building since October and was expecting the results to start showing around this time. However, the link metrics for my site looked worse this month than ever before. The index clearly didn't crawl sites and pages that it has crawled the last couple of indexes, and I noticed a few links disappeared from the metrics altogether, links that I know still exist. So I have a suggestion... If Moz has collected link data in previous indexes, can it not preserve that data rather than starting afresh with every new index. Regular checks could be conducted on existing link data to identify expired or broken links, but to disregard them and start anew with every index seems a little odd. That way, Moz would have much more accurate and comprehensive link data which would help to avoid the DA inaccuracy, and provide users with a better measure of how their site is performing against the rest of the web. This may be naive because I do not know the technical side to index updates. Any thoughts, advice, suggestions etc would be appreciated.
