Issue is I cant even read it on my screen as it gets cut off and there is no scroll so had to copy and past into word to be able to read it.
I had the issue for the last sever hours, is this my account or more general.
Thanks

Thanks Vijay, its only on my windows machine (I really only use it for Server Log Analysis) and the above seems like to much work. Its working fine on the Mac - so will just install and leave it off the windows machine.

Hi Andy,
Here are some things you can try to get it working:
- Make sure you are not in incognito mode
- Un-install your MozBar plugin.
- Un-install and re-install Chrome.
- Turn off any additional plugins these could be interfering with MozBar
- Check to see if the address bar is hiding the extension icons: http://www.screencast.com/t/7cLHKkOP
- Disable any software firewall or security apps.
- Clear all cache and cookie data related to moz.com
- Re-install your MozBar plugin here.
- Try again to Sign-in into your Moz account here and the MozBar.
Clearing your cache and cookies of all Moz related data is a very important step since we've recently required authentication for the toolbar to function properly.
Sending over the below information to [email protected] would be a huge help in efforts on diagnosing the issue, so if the above steps don't work for you, can you please perform the following steps and send over this screenshot to moz?
- Click on this icon in the upper right corner of Chrome - http://www.screencast.com/t/HUj3m4DGuoqK
- Move the cursor over 'More Tools' and then click on 'Developer Tools' -http://www.screencast.com/t/B7SIh7qiPj
- Click into the 'Console' tab - http://www.screencast.com/t/itHrYuuq
- Make sure MozBar is running and then refresh the page if needed.
- Take a screenshot of the results (the entire window is recommended) and send that to us.
- What version of MozBar are you running?
- What is your OS version?
I hope this helps.I look forward to hearing back from you about the above.
Thanks,
Vijay

803 Crawl attempt error
Hello I'd be very grateful for any advice with this: My insights show I have an 803 error. Now, under "pages with crawl attempt error" the page in question is just an uploaded image to wordpress. However, above the graph it says: "We were unable to access your homepage, which prevented us from crawling the rest of your site. It is likely that other browsers as well as search engines may encounter this problem and abort their sessions." Does this really mean my homepage? or is the only issue with the image? I have noticed for the past 8 weeks I'm getting 1 crawl attempt error every 2 weeks (so when viewed weekly I have 1 error one week, 0 error the next week etc) Is this normal? Since receiving this 803 error, I have significantly dropped in SERPS for 3 key terms I was on page 1 for (now dropped to pages 3-4). Could this be related? I realise this is a bit specific, but thanks in advance. Cheers 🙂

What is Moz's Error.aspx?aspxerrorpath HTTP Status 302 error message?
Hi, I am not sure what this error message is: "Error.aspx?aspxerrorpath". It immediately follows pages that are given at 302 status in Moz's crawl report. The same pages have never had this error before: | http://www.homedestination.com/news/2013/Minneapolis-home-price-appreciation.html | | http://www.homedestination.com/mortgage-worksheet.html | | http://www.homedestination.com/foreclosure-eligibility.html | Each page has a 100% score with WC3. Could you give me more insight as to what Moz may suggest I do to give the page a 200 HTTP status as before? Thanks.
