Bullet Points
-
Why is is recommended to write in bullet points format for the web ?
Thank you,
-
It's called an unordered list and it's recommended in cases where you want to get a rich snippet for your page.
Here's a recipe I use to get the rich snippet.
have an H2 with a query that triggers the snippet
How to get the rich snippet
add a 180+ character description after the H2 to get the rich snippet for your page and follow it with any of these:
- ordered list
- unordered list
- table
-
Hi,
- They’re useful
- They’re tidy
- They’re good at emphasising things
- They make sure the users/viewers knows this is a list
I have read above list on a website and completely agreed.
Hope this helps.
Thanks

Wordpress Tag Organization Tips
Curious if anyone has some good examples of ways to organize your WordPress tags without making your sidebar a football field long and hard to navigate. My blog is https://karmahill.com/blog and I could use some ideas. We have main categories of photo shoot types, for example, "Couples", located on the sidebar. We want to add tags to go with those main categories for further categorization and user experience example: Couples Engagement Proposals Honeymoon Maternity My question is, do I need to make "tag" pages for those posts to reside on or is their another way to get it done with less work, that is much faster? I don't want to have to make 30 tag pages or is that just what you have to do?

Payment Options in Footer
Hi Moz Community. I'm currently working on cleaning up a website footer on an e-commerce site. I was curious to find out if including payment options is important? Either text or image icons. Including Visa, AMEX etc. Are there benefits of displaying them? Image attached. Thanks vcdoL

Is there anything wrong to have large number of internal links pointing to homepage? Including links from sub domains or sub directories?
Hi all, Generally more number of internal links will be pointed to homepage. But I see some modern suggestions that too many internal links to homepage are not good. I'm just wondering if most number of internal links pointing to homepage may hurt? Also we have sub domains, can we point a link from every page of sub domain or sub directory to homepage? Usually the answer here is about users. Of course, the content is about same product across all pages. Thanks

What is the best way to point newly built website on new domain name to the original more well known domain?
Live website on abc.com domain is being totally redone and moved to a new platform. to facilitate full testing and compliance, the new look and content was built on a different url - xyz.com for example. Now that all content is approved and testing, we want people visiting the abc.com domain to see the xyz.com website without necessarily redirecting abc.com to xyz.com What is the best to do this? Thanks all
