I'm a beginner. I want to know what this is 'DA'
-
What's a DA?
-
DA stands for Domain Authority. Moz uses the DA algorithm to make a single score for the whole site. The Algorithm takes into account the links pointing to your site, total number of referring domains, total number of backlinks etc. It's co related to how powerful your site is and how would you rank/get traffic from Google.

Hi there!
Sam from Moz's Help Team here!
That's such a good question, we made an entire resource page about it. (https://mza.seotoolninja.com/learn/seo/domain-authority)
There's also a video!
Here's a preview: Domain Authority is a score (on a 100-point scale) developed by Moz that predicts how well a website will rank on search engines.
Use Domain Authority when comparing one site to another or tracking the “strength” of your website over time.
We calculate this metric by combining all of our other link metrics—linking root domains, number of total links, etc.—into a single score.
I hope this helps - just let me know if you have any other questions!

Do I have to manually mark as 'fixed' or 'Ignore' manually on Metadata Issues when completed?
When I have amended the missing description Metadata issue on an individual page do I have to manually mark as 'fixed' or 'Ignore'? I have attended to several pages regards Missing Description Metadata Issues and not manually marked them as fixed. However they still appear in metadata missing description issues after a second on demand crawl? Will they continue to appear until I manually mark them as fixed?

Moz site crawl doesn't work
The Moz site crawl isn't working for my campaign, but works for the site's on demand crawl. The search should not be disallowed by robots.txt or the headers. I'd like to be able to track the website for the campaign so I can see SEO gains / losses and increases / decreases in indexing.

Where does SEOMoz pull it's keyword data from?
I would like to know where the data in the keyword recommendation tool comes from. Specifically, from what sources is SEOMoz referencing to compile the keyword recommendations and analysis? Thanks!

Why is my DA still only 1 :(
Hello I am tearing my hair out! I re-launched my site www.systemyzed.com over a month ago and have been working hard on getting good backlinks. I even got one from a daily UK newspaper. But my DA is not budging from 1. Is there something fundamental wrong with my site? I have checked the loads speed and its better than average. I have taken off all duplicate content in the re-launch. The mobile optimisation is good. Everything looks good in the Google Search Console (ie. there are no red flags or warnings) my site is fully https. The only that raises our eyebrows is that there are 179,000 links coming to our site from a client site - however we have checked these are no-follow and it appears to be so. I was also prepared to wait a while to see a change in the DA ranking for my new site (because we only relaunched a month) ago however now I am particularly concerned about it as I launched a new client site last night (I am a web designer) and that site has had NO SEO work done on it all, has hardly any words, is slow to load and it definitely does not have any backlinks BUT this site appears to have a DA of 9 already. This does not make any sense to me at all. I am very concerned and confused. Please help. I just want to know that the work I am doing is the right work and that i am not fundamentally undermining myself in some way that I am unaware of. Thank you in advance for your help. Yours,

'not a valid url' error in campaign set up
I get the error not a valid url when I'm trying to set up a campaign. I know it's a valid url. I have tried with www, non-www, http://, https:// when I do the https it lets me start, but then I get an error that https is forwarding to http and I need to use that. When I then put in the http, I get the original error. thanks in advance for your help.
