Solved Running On-Demand Scans against a PWA
-
I am trying to run a MOZ scan against a staging URL which happens to be a PWA (progressive web app). It only returns a depth of 1 page, but there are several links on that site. Is there some parameter or way to scan PWA's below the first page?

Hi there @RickMiller_EY!
We get this question a fair bit! If your staging URL is hidden behind a log in or a VPN then we won't be able to crawl it. The Moz Pro Site Crawl tool is designed to imitate a search engine crawler so the pages would need to be accessible to our crawler.
If you're still stuck you can reach out to our help team: [email protected]
I hope this helps!

Setting up MOZ to run on Staging
Hi Moz, We would like to setup Moz to run on our Staging Server. This would be extremely valuable as it alerts us to new SEO issues/risks in a controlled and secure environment that is not exposed to production. Our internal team has recommended potentially setting up a reverse proxy server that will validate either via Moz's/Rogerbot's http header or IP and allow Moz access to our Staging environment to crawl. Is this something that we can setup with Moz? Are there other ideas to enable Moz to crawl our Staging server?

How do you run ranks now for clients that aren't in your local area now that Google customizes search results based on location?
How do you run ranks now for clients that aren't in your local area now that Google customizes search results based on location? What tool/service have you found that gives accurate rank results? To me it seems like there is no guaranteed global #1position any more, or is this the situation for only certain types of searches? Likewise how can anyone tool give a global accurate rank score?

I'm in the 30 day trial period of SEOMoz Pro. Ran my first campaign and there are many improvements to be had across the board. Looking for some sort of guidance as to what I should focus on first.
