Moving across the Country

Hello folks this is my first time here after someone told me that if I wanted my Google business moved seamlessly to my new location it might be better if I had a service like Moz to handle it.
So now I'm here after signing up for the Moz Pro, whether I needed to or not I'm not even sure yet.So is this a thing I do myself or is this a thing that I pay moz to do for me this one time? Okay thanks for your help, John

@odonovj Moz Pro can certainly help your SEO efforts, so if you're targeting a new market with the move, then you can definitely utilize it well in terms of overtaking the local competitors in SERPs etc.

Hi John,Great decision on signing up for Moz Pro! It's a powerful tool. Here's the thing: Moz Pro mainly offers SEO tools that help improve your website's visibility, but it doesn't directly handle the management of your Google My Business listing.
If you're looking to update your Google My Business for a new location, you'd typically handle that directly through the Google My Business platform. It's a relatively straightforward process. However, Moz can be useful in analyzing and optimizing the SEO aspects of your online presence once that change is made.
If you're looking for assistance in handling this move seamlessly, consider reaching out to an eCommerce agency that offers local SEO services. They'll have the expertise to ensure your business listing is updated correctly and can make the most of tools like Moz.
Hope that clarifies things! Best of luck with the relocation.

Google My Business marker/pin - Do I have control over moving it?
I am working with a country club. We opened the Google my business account and Moz Local. i think the developer/builder of the Country Club planned on the address being in different place than it is today. Do I have control over moving that marker on this massive property. Or, is this done at the city/county level? The marker isn't quite near the building or the true entrance to the country club.

Update business name across 150+ locations
We have 150+ locations. The current names in GMB vary based on the branch. They may include a branch number or city location in the title or some variation of the company name. We'd like to update these to reflect our company wide branding and drop the branch #/location. Any ideas on the impact of this change?

Moving Locations and NAP
Hello, I am the new IT guy for a business that is moving. They have a ton of old NAP stuff for like 3 offices that they are no longer at and to be honest, the entire NAP is just a total chaotic mess. They did not keep a record of the accounts used to make the listings or anything of the sort. Now they want me to fix it all up. Does anyone have any suggestions on techniques for doing this? Is there a way to get these out of date listings closed or do I just simply make all new ones that are correct? Or is there something I am not thinking of? Thanks.

Local citations from business directories in other countries
Hi all, I normally work for clients in my home county (The Netherlands) and with local citation building I focus on Dutch websites or well know .com websites in the Netherlands. My rule of thumb kinda was, if it’s not known in the Netherlands it isn’t worth getting mentioned there. Since The Netherlands are pretty small and I think Google ain’t perfect I was wondering if it makes sense to list a Dutch business on any .com business listings that are internationally big, but aren’t well known in the Netherlands. Two reasons that got me thinking this direction: A big well known Dutch company offers a service such as Moz local and did integrate their service with several international business listing websites that I never heard off, since these business directories focus themselves on other parts of the world. Google ain’t perfect and I think they got more budget to identify trustworthy business directories with an international focus or a focus on America then with a focus on The Netherlands. So I’m wondering if it makes any sense to list a Dutch business on let’s say the top 20 international business directories (although these directories don’t have any brand recognition in The Netherlands).

Targeting both Dutch countries .NL & .BE --> 2 ccTLD's using rel-alternate or just one TLD?
We want to target both Dutch countries .NL & .BE (Belgium & Netherlands).

Should we go for the 2 ccTLD's using rel-alternate, or go for one TLD, .EU or similar? We currently have an SEO project going on where DNS.be & DNS.nl are equally important. Currently we are using the rel-alternate meta data. The .be website is doing fantastic, the .nl one seems stagnant and not really getting to target. For a similar project, we are now wondering whether we should go for the same approach, or just pick one TLD (.EU or similar). Note: we cannot create content that is regionally specific, since the content is just what it is and cannot be altered.0
