What does it mean when my key word is branded?

Keyword: work jeans
Branded keyword: Carhartt work jeans
Title: Work Jeans for Men
Branded Title: Carhartt Work Jeans for Men
If a keyword is branded (meaning there is significant keyword searches that use the brand in the search), I move the brand to the head of the title.
If the keyword is not branded, I don't put the brand on it or if there are several products to play with, I'll do both and put the brand at the head and at the back of the title:
Work Jeans for Men by Carhartt
or
Carhartt Work Jeans for Men

Should I use our brand when choosing keywords/making lists?
I have recently joined an accounting firm and am in charge of SEO as we revamp the website. As this is the first time I've done SEO for this type of site, my question is: Should the keywords I choose include our Brand (name of the company) in the keyword. For example, I'm not trying to rank #1 for "Careers" but I do want to rank #1 for " <ourbrand>Careers". So, should I include the brand when doing my research, making lists, etc.?</ourbrand> If the question doesn't make sense, please ask for clarification.

Myccompany.com I ve been asked to make a new website owned by the same company but specific to the multisites multitechnic maintenance activity , which has beeger clients with specific needs seo wise, is it better to call the seconde site myccompany-maintenance.com or to give a brand to the activity and call it let's say newcompany.com (by myccompany ) I would go for the second solution to avoid confusion in the the serp ? is it good to reuse the brand in domains ? How can I tell if Google considers two words to mean the same thing
For example, "wives" and "brides" They're often interchangeable, but given context they can still mean fairly different things. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks

Brand Name Keyword Stuffing
I'm targeting Roho Cushions and the category page has many products starting with Roho underneath it. I know the keyword "Roho" shows up at least 70 times. I'm not targeting the keyword Roho, but could this negatively effect the rest of my keywords that start with Roho, such as "Roho Wheelchair Cushions"?

What does it mean when two keywords in Google's Keyword Research Tool have exactly the same amount of searches?
The two keywords are [publicity] and [product placement] (both in exact search - not broad) and have 22,200 searches each. Is it purely coincidental or are the two keywords kind of related in Google's eyes and that's why we're seeing the same amount of searches for each?

Branded Keywords
I know branded keywords are variations of your company name. However, my company sell a number of exclusive products that have been trademarked so no other company can use that name. Is that counted as a branded keyword?
