Anyone used clicksubmit.co.uk?
-
As title, anyone used them? their reviews all sound really positive (if they're real). The system sounds like an auto submitting back link generator - which can't be good?
-
I am currently doing an audit of a site that has used clicksubmit for several months as its main method of link building. I am not very deep into the link profile yet, but it doesn't look good. Almost all the same anchor texts, the linking sites look as though they were made specifically to host links... so far the client site doesn't have a single link that I would consider "good". I hate having to report that.
I will check in with my findings later, but I have to agree with Michael York above - Great Reviews + Dodgy Looking Product + Sounds Too Good to Be True = A client website that will be looking for penalty remediation services soon.
-
You might find out how easy it is to undo links you have built if you find out they aren't good links.
-
I checked a few and the link profiles were ok but not great. I cant help but notice that clicksubmit's own DA is a measly 27 which is odd.
Over all though I cant see anything alarming, so I might give them a go, it's fairly cost effective, and I am tiring of using off shore agencies who promise the earth and deliver either nothing or very dangerous work.
In an ideal world I could add 10 hours to the day so I could build links myself! -
Sounds scammy to me, especially their "rapid backlinks" program. Many of the users on http://www.trustpilot.co.uk/review/clicksubmit.co.uk list their domains in their testimonials, so you should be able to see some of their work. Take a look at their backlink profiles and see what kinds of links they're getting. I listed the ones I came across before. I'd do it myself but I have pressing dinner plans I don't want to be late for!
-
Haven't used them, but any time anybody has ever said:
"Reviews sound great - if real... and .... product looks dodgy"
I'd be inclined to steer clear... but it sounds like you already know that and just want somebody to reaffirm!

Anyone seem anything from penguin yet?
I know its early days and even the wonderful Dr Pete said it will take a few days to notice anything, but has anyone seen anything. I've not seen any rise in traffic yet, but none of my ranking tracking tools have ran yet. Anyone seen anything, are you expecting to see any?

Title Tag : use comma, pipe or colon (:)
Hi, If Title has two and three keywords then which one is better option to separate them either with comma or pipe or colon. Example : Arvixe Review, Coupons (Jun 2015) and Uptime Report (I used (,) as a separator) Arvixe Review is primary keywords and Coupons and Uptime are secondary keywords. Aim is rank on keywords like Arvixe Review, Arvixe Coupons and Arvixe Uptime.

Also, including current month and year with Title tag and it will change every month. Its means every month our title is changed.
Is this effect in SEO? Suggest best possible title for keywords like Arvixe Review, Coupons (Jun 2015) and Uptime Report. Rajiv0 -
Do I lose link juice if I have a https site and someone links to me using http instead?
We have recently launched a https site which is getting some organic links some of which are using https and some are using http. Am I losing link juice on the ones linked using http even though I am redirecting or does Google view them the same way? As most people still use http naturally will it look strange to google if I contact anyone who has given us a link and ask them to change to https?

Negative SEO and when to use to Dissavow tool?
Hi guys I was hoping someone could help me on a problem that has arisen on the site I look after. This is my first SEO job and I’ve had it about 6 months now. I think I’ve been doing the right things so far building quality links from reputable sites with good DA and working with bloggers to push our products as well as only signing up to directories in our niche. So our backlink profile is very specific with few spammy links. Over the last week however we have received a huge increase in backlinks which has almost doubled our linking domains total. I’ve checked the links out from webmaster tools and they are mainly directories or webstat websites like the ones below | siteinfo.org.uk deperu.com alestat.com domaintools.com detroitwebdirectory.com ukdata.com stuffgate.com | We’ve also just launched a new initiative where we will be producing totally new and good quality content 4-5 times a week and many of these new links are pointing to that page which looks very suspicious to me. Does this look like negative Seo to anyone? I’ve read a lot about the disavow tool and it seems people’s opinions are split on when to use it so I was wondering if anyone had any advice on whether to use it or not? It’s easy for me to identify what these new links are, yet some of them have decent DA so will they do any harm anyway? I’ve also checked the referring anchors on Ahrefs and now over 50% of my anchor term cloud are totally unrelated terms to my site and this has happened over the last week which also worries me. I haven’t seen any negative impact on rankings yet but if this carries on it will destroy my link profile. So would it be wise to disavow all these links as they come through or wait to see if they actually have an impact? It should be obvious to Google that there has been a huge spike in links so then the question is would they be ignored or will I be penalised. Any ideas? Thanks in advance Richard

New online store and use black hat to bring lots of sales
I have one online store and all the seo rules are follow to increase ranking and sales. Buying a new url a launching a new store ( to sale exactly the same products) is fast, easy and cheap. How about using black hat to this new store? I think I have nothing to loose. Is there something I should know before moving ahead? Launching a new store is very cheap and black hat can be done by one of those overseas company at low prices First thing, this new store should not link to my actual store I guess. Any advice? Thank you, BigBlaze

Does anyone know of a good link building case study? A B2B focus would be a plus
Looking for a solid analysis of a white-hat campaign that showed tangible results (if one exists).
