Hey Robert!
Campaign updates happen on a weekly basis on the same day every week. If you want to see changes before your next scheduled crawl, you can head over the Research Tools page and run a crawl test. This is a bit more limited in that it will only crawl up to 3k pages and is cached for a 24 hour period, but is the best bet if you don't want to wait. Hope this helps!

Multiple campaigns for one website with multiple services?
Hi. Brand new to Moz Pro today. Question about whether to set up multiple campaigns for one website that promotes multiple services. I own a law firm and we have one main location, one website, 5 attorneys, and about 8-10 practice areas we promote. Each practice area has its own page and related content in the form of guides and blogs. Website is southernmarylandlaw.com. I only have this one website to track and promote, so I initially thought I only have one campaign. But I do want to track these separate practice areas separately. Each will have separate competitors, for instance. Each will need a separate set of keywords. People tend to search for a particular type of attorney, not just for the generic "lawyers." Should I use my 10 campaigns to set up a different campaign for each practice area we promote? Am I doing something wrong by tracking my one website 10 different times in my account? If I do not do this, then how do I possibly track the various practice areas and their separate keywords and competitors? Thanks for all your help and suggestions!

8 hotel aggregate website - initial set up?
Before I get ahead of myself, I thought I'd ask the community for a quick assist: We have 8 hotels set up under a single domain aggregate website: staypineapple.com

and so on. Should I technically set up the 8 hotels as separate tracked campaigns, complete with new branded search terms, broad search terms and such? Is this best practice? Thank you in advance for any assistance!0 -
Workflow Question
Its been a long time since I've used Moz and things have changed considerably from them so I want to make sure I'm on the right track here. I typically only work on the on-page SEO and then comparing backlinks vs competitors. I typically have someone else handle new backlinks as they seem to be almost impossible to get these days. Typically I go with this Workflow (simplified version): Research - KeywordPlanner tool, keywordtool, ubersuggest, etc then trim the list and use Rank Tracker to look at actual keyword difficulty of top 10 listings or a manual check if its a small list. On Site Analysis - Use Website Auditor to get full view of on-site issues and then solve them by starting with broken links then HTML, then meta, etc. On Page Analysis - Looking at the Page Audit from Website Auditor to see areas where a client is failing to optimize the page for a specific keyword and then fix it. Gather Backlinks - Use SEO Spyglass to gather the links of competitors, analyze them, then check each one manually to determine if I can get the same link if its a high quality one. With Moz, would this look something like this: Research - KeywordPlanner tool, keywordtool, ubersuggest, etc then trim the list and use Keyword Difficulty to look at actual keyword difficulty of top 10 listings or a manual check if its a small list. On Site Analysis - Use Moz Analytics Campaigns to get full view of on-site issues and then solve them by starting with broken links then HTML, then meta, etc. On Page Analysis - Looking at On-Page Grader to see areas where a client is failing to optimize the page for a specific keyword and then fix it. Gather Backlinks - Use Open Site Explorer to gather the links of competitors, analyze them, then check each one manually to determine if I can get the same link if its a high quality one. If so then on #1 should I be doing the basic or a full each time? Is there something I am missing on this list?

Before making improvements, I need to collate the most relevant custom report to snapshot our current website quality.
I've just started at a company and before I start working on content and SEO improvements I need to assess 'where are we now' . The idea being after 3-6 months I can repeat the report to show improvements. Moz has an enormous range of powerful analysis tools - which should I combine into a Custom Report to create a snapshot of current website quality? Thanks
