API - Internal Links to page and related metrics
-
Hi dear moz Team!
Currently I´m building a Java application accessing your API. But there are some metrics I urgently need which I can´t get out of the API until now:
- The total number of internal links to a page
- The total number of internal links to a page with partial anchor text match
- MozRank passed by all internal links w. part. match anchor text (would be nice)
For example, if I try this by your links endpoint, my idea was:
http://lsapi.seomoz.com/linkscape/links/http%3A%2F%2Fwww.jetztspielen.de%2F?AccessID=..
&Expires=..
&Signature=..
&Scope=domain_to_page
&Filter=internal
&Sort=domain_authority
&SourceCols=4 (or any other value)
&SourceDomain=www.jetztspielen.de
&Offset=0
&Limit=50If I try this, the API says:
{"status": "400", "error_message": "Cannot set a source domain when filtering for internal links."}
Is there any way to get the data I need by your API endpoints?
I´m currently writing my master thesis and it is very important to me to solve this somehow. Thank you very much in advance!
Best,
Andreas Pollierer

Unknown data items in Links API response
So I'm on the documentation page at https://mza.seotoolninja.com/help/links-api/making-calls/url-metrics . I've copied the bit fields table into a spreadsheet. I've removed all the "deprecated" items and have totalled up the remaining items making a Cols= value of 182537205900657000. For want of better knowledge, I've used that same value for LinkCols=, SourceCols= and TargetCols=. The request url ends up being (anonymized): http://lsapi.seomoz.com/linkscape/links/fordanddoonan.com.au?Cols=182537205900657000&AccessID=xxx&Expires=1557458487346&Signature=xxx&SourceCols=182537205900657000&TargetCols=182537205900657000&LinkCols=182537205900657000&Limit=1000&Scope=page_to_domain&Filter=external My question is, what do I make of all the extra fields that I get in the json packet what should I do to remove them? These extra fields are: lrid, lsrc, ltgt, luufq, luueid, lufeid, luujid, luumrp, luumrr, luflan, lufspf, lufsplc, lufspp, lufsps, lufspsc, luus, lufuid, lupuid, lufipl, luupa, lupda, luued, lufed, luped, lupib, luulc, flan, fspf, fsplc, fspp, fsps Is it simply a case of limiting the values of TargetCols, LinkCols and SourceCols? If so, to what?

Get discovered and lost linking domains separately
Hello, We want to get "discovered and lost links" using api.
API | | OlegKireyenka
You do not have discovered and lost metrics available via the Links API and we call api for backlinks and then cross reference this with the links found the last time, we are able to get only NET links, but we want to get "just discovered and lost links" separately.
for example: inbound links for 27 July is 600, inbound links for 30 July is 750, okay, NET links from 27 July to 30 July = 750-600=150. And in this case "discovered and lost links" maybe: 400 and -250, 300 and -150, 150 and 0, and etc. Maybe I can not understand something, give example please. Thank!0 -
How do batched URL metrics work in terms of rows and rate limit?
I am using the free API plan to get URL metrics and batching my calls like this: https://github.com/seomoz/SEOmozAPISamples/blob/master/php/batching_urls_sample.php How does this work in terms of rows and limits? If I do a batch of 10 urls does it count as 1 row? or 10? Do I have to wait 10 seconds before calling the next batch?

Wrong answers for API request
Hi, I just recently started getting errors when using the API. The request back contains zeros for all the keys except PDA which is a new to me. Haven't changed anything in the code and the authorization seems to work fine. Is this something on my end? However, I don't get for all the requests, perhaps half of the time. Example of the return: {"fmrp":0,"fmrr":0,"pda":27.7812456171725224,"ueid":0,"uid":0,"uipl":0,"umrp":0,"umrr":0,"upa":1} Thanks in advance! /Mathias

Is there a reports Api?
hello fellow Mozers. got a question. is anyone aware of an api coming out to feed individual reports? We have a crm to manage all of our clients, and I'd love to feed the new moz analytics directly into our system. Please let me know if it already exists, is in the works, etc. Thanks, Stephan
