More than one set of hours per day in Moz Local
-
Is it possible to specify more than one sets of hours in Moz Local? For example, one of my clients is open 9:00-11:00am and 2:00-6:30pm one day a week. Can we include this in the hours field?
They also have different hours for some of their staff vs others. I know that part is too complicated! I hope we can at least do two sets of open/close hours for one day, though. Has anyone done this successfully?

I'm trying to achieve this, but the import file needs to be a csv. so the coma between the 2 records does create issues.
any help ?

Wonderful! I'll give it a try. Thank you!

Hi there!
You should be able to do that. You'd just need to make sure it's formatted correctly. For the hours you listed, it would look something like this for Sunday:
1:09:00AM:11:00AM,1:02:00PM:06:30PM
If the hours overlap, then we wouldn't be able to process it for you. Hope this helps!

How do I use Moz Local to delete citations for an incorrect business location?
For some reason when you search our business name in a specific English county (or town within that country) one of the results in the local pack is the home address and phone number for a private individual who is nothing to do with us. He is now being bombarded with calls from people who need our services, which is less than ideal for both parties. I have no idea how this happened, but by using the person's postcode and Moz Local I was able to find a list of citations which have his address and phone number listed with our business name, which I assume is causing Google to rank his house for our business in local search . I was wondering how can I use Moz Local to delete these citations so that Google stops providing this person's address when you search for our business. Thanks for your help

Moz Local Listing Score
Hi there, I purchased MozLocal for my firm on February 27th, about 7 and a half weeks ago to the day. While I've been waiting for the results to populate and the program to do it's work, I've been manually updating all the other listings with photos and categories based off the "missing info" Moz Local provides. Throughout the last almost 8 weeks, my listing score has increased a total of 1%. At this point, should I expect to see any further results from this tool? I'm still seeing "Update in progress", yet it seems enough time has passed for at least something to happen. After two months of waiting, I'm wondering if I would have been better off updating these listings myself. Does anyone have any idea when/if I should be seeing any results?

Why can't Moz Local pull up my Bing local listing?
One of my listings on Moz Local has a Bing Local listing, but Moz Local can't locate it and suggests that I create one. The NAP is consistent. Is this something that occasionally occurs?
