I could not find a support number for Moz on your site
-
If someone has that available can you send that to me ?

Hi Chris,
We actually only very rarely remove questions in Q&A. In this case, four different users have volunteered their time to answer the question, and removing the question would be Moz removing their time and effort from the community. You can edit the title of your question and the content of the question, but the replies will remain. It will also help users in the future who may have a similar question.
Thanks for understanding!
Keri

Hi Chris.
I don't work for Moz.
Most of the time I have found that a the best way to get in touch with company representatives like Moz etc, is to state your question, or issue, as opposed to leaving it open ended. Not only that, but you would be amazed at the wealth of knowledge that people on these forums are willing to share. Even Rand, the founder of Moz, is known to drop in and share a few words.
Part of the reason I signed up for Moz, not only because of the analytic tools, was because of the forum. And the resources that were available to me from my colleges. I met with an SEO director one time and he explained to me one of the reason he didn't like many of the SEO tools that gave you "answers" was because all it was doing was giving you the opinion of who ever wrote the code. He also explained that one of the reason he liked Moz, Majestic, and Ahrefs was because they left the data open ended and allowed him to make the decisions.
Agreed, at first it is frustrating, I pay good money for an expensive program, and at first there is just SO much information that I became overwhelmed and felt like I couldn't take advantage of everything the program had to offer. Essentially what Moz has done is crowdsourced support. They have done it in a brilliant, controlled way that not only saves them money, but actually helps people LEARN in the process. I have learned more in the past few months of asking/answering questions than I had in the previous classes/tutorials/seminars on SEO I had taken.
Not only that, but people like KeriMorgret literally has Moz implanted into her head, so anytime people have serious problems regarding Moz products, her or the other team members seem very quick to answer.
Sorry for the frustration! I promise it's worth the blood, sweat, and code!

Hi Chris,
If it's a product-related question, you can often get your question answered faster in Q&A than in our help desk. If there's a billing question, or question that involves a URL you'd prefer not to share, out help desk is available at https://mza.seotoolninja.com/help/contact or by email at [email protected].
The Getting Started guide at http://moz.com/help/guides/getting-started that Lesley mentioned is also a great resource for getting your feet wet with Moz.

I don't know if you have checked it out, but here is a great guide for getting started with Moz, http://moz.com/help/guides/getting-started Also like Malcom mentioned, the forum is a great place to ask questions that you have as well.

Moz explains why they don't have phone support here...
http://moz.com/help/guides/moz-procedures/phone-support
It is an interesting read and the articles that they link to on Wistia, Raven Tools, and Sticker Mule are also enlightening. I have used ideas from these four pages for my own business.
If you have a question, just post it here in Q&A. Lots of smart people reply to questions here. You might find a few friends or even allies. Moz would cost a lot more if they offer phone support.

I know that it is hard at times to not have phone support but I know that it is very costly to have a call center with phone support. I think that you will find that if you place some of your questions here that members of the community will answer them and you will be able to clear the phone hurdle to get you started. Hope this helps.

Moz health check for newbies
Hi I'm on the free trial, I'm finding it really useful. since I was 16 (16years ago) all I've done is cook. After 3 weeks of Moz I feel like I'm or the way to marketing my business instead of having others tell me how to do it. A while back I used to use SEO freelancers to buff my site, but recently I realized that I was not doing enough to promote my business myself, I was trying to pay others to do it for me. I goggled Soe and marketing, of course I found Moz while doing so! The content is exceptional and really goes in depth and we are now coming up with a new content strategy! The problem is that I have this gut feeling that The moz product is worth the money it asks for as I can easily identify the issues or opportunities my site has, I still feel that I lack the competence to use moz to its full potential! Is there an option to have someone skpe me and give me some tips or in sites with in my own campaign? I've spent a lot of time reading the blog content and watching the videos but this all seams to focus on how to get results but not so much on how to use the Moz console/dashboard. I've probably just missed a hole bunch of content but if not do Moz have and option to help set up your Moz analytic and Research so you can get the most relevant info to you? Any help is most welcome Kind regards Ben Horle SussexChef.com

New to using MOZ. Familiar with Google Analytics. With MOZ is there a code snippet to include on my site?
Just taken over web marketing responsibilities at my company. Will be doing some major website upgrades soon. I'm not familiar with MOZ and don't want to overwrite anything. So when setting up MOZ, is there a code snippet that goes anyplace on the site like there is with Google analytics? Thanks.

Where to find answers to really dumb questions about setting up Moz campaigns...
I had a Moz account earlier this year, let it drop for a few months, then decided it really was important to have one. So I'm back. But there is still something about it that I really find frustrating. I can't seem to find any answers to what seem to be basic questions. Maybe they are too simple, maybe they are just dumb questions, but I sure would appreciate it if somebody could lead me to another source of information. Maybe somebody has written a "Moz for Dummies" book? Here's an example: I'm setting up campaigns for my websites, and I get to the Brand and Mentions section. It tries to autofill the space using my campaign name, but that's not accurate. So I go look at the Help Hub for Brands and Mentions, and it gives an example using MOZ as the brand name. But not many sites have a three-letter domain name, do they?. One of my domains is EasyDigging.com (2 words) and the other is BestDryingRack.com (3 words). So I look and look, but can't find any examples of longer domain names. So I have no idea how to enter my Brand. Should it be the whole "EasyDigging.com" or should it just be "EasyDIgging" or should it be broke up into "Easy Digging"? This is just 1 example. I find these sort of unanswered questions almost every time I try something new. Is there a collection of examples anywhere? I really hope so. Surely there are others who learn best from examples, who hate having to guess based on slim or vague instructions. Keeping my fingers crossed that somebody can lead me to the goldmine of good examples. Thanks!

Moz Analytics - Reports
In the guide video (http://moz.com/help/guides/getting-started) a report button is show. However, I cannot see this button in Moz Analytics. I'm assuming this is due to the tool being in beta?
