Prestige Kew Gardens Domain SEO
-
Hi Team,
I have been doing off page seo for my prestige kew gardens for quite some time. It has already been 5 months. till recently is was ranking in range of 200. Now I am able to get to first page from last month. But still I feel I am missing something to get it on top.
ON Page Grade for this domain is A. I have used all the moz tool to check any on page issue. Everthing seems to be proper.
Can anyone help me on this?

Thank you Jarno Nijzing, You are right. We have started working on UI now.

Thank you Martijn Scheijbeler , I also checked in alexa, they are not showing up. Will start acquiring link with high authority. Will see if that works.

Next to Martijns question for some more link information could you also provide some more insight in analytics with best scored pages / bounces rates / time on site / CTR / etc.
I just opened the site on my iMac but it doesn't look all that great. Could be other users experience the same and leave your site with a high bounce rate which in turn could hurt your ranking ability. So maybe the offsite SEO is okay but maybe the on page could be improved?
Considered that?

Could you give us some more insight into the links that you've acquired over the last 5 months. How many of them and what is the overall authority of these kind of links? I can't seem to find any links via the data in OSE as they're a bit behind in their data set.

Does changing/shortening a url hurt SEO?
Hi all, I am in the process of making small optimization changes to my site. I noticed Moz identified quite a few URLs that could be shortened. I intend to shorten these URLs and create 301 redirects to ensure website users land on the right page. My question is, will this change in URL damage rankings and engagement(assuming the URL remains content relevant)? I have read in some places that when creating URL redirects for a change in domain, people saw a dip in rankings and engagement. I, however, am not intending to change the main domain of the site, but rather the URL slug. Any thoughts?

Need Some Quality Vs. Quantity SEO Advice
We have a gallery here with our main categories of patches. https://www.stadriemblems.com/gallery/ If you click on one, say Fire Patches, you'll be taken to a page of just fire patches. https://www.stadriemblems.com/fire-patches/ But here's the kicker: If you notice of the fire patch page, there are also sub-categories to that. So if you click on say, Fire Rescue, you get taken one level deeper. https://www.stadriemblems.com/fire-patches/fire-rescue-patches/ I'm redoing this entire site (a project over five years overdue), and I'm wondering if it's really worth it to keep these three-level deep sub pages. I originally created them with long tail SEO in mind, making us be the only ones who come up when people search for very specific patches. But it's a big undertaking to redo all of them, and are they really adding any value?

Multiple domains
I have a client, (for example Henry Jewelers) who likes to advertise their site as www.henry.com, but their main site resides on HenryJewelers.com. If www.henry.com has a permanent redirect to henryjewelers.com, are the two sites impacted negatively from a SEO standpoint?

Content placment best for SEO?
We currently have a scroll bar box at the bottom of our page with information in but from what I can see scroll bar boxes at the bottom of websites looking a little spammy (a lot of over optimized websites using them) would we be best in using a strategy like this site www.solopress.com/ which implement a show more link that drops information down would this be read as good information for Google or look just as spammy?

Hyphens in Domain Name
I have a client who is a business broker. I have just begun working with them, and they are trying to determine the best domain name to use - they have several. business-broker-alabama.com vs businessbrokeralabama.com Which one of these has more value? I know that search engines have somewhat devalued keywords. The first one probably has a little more SEO value, but is going to be a drag in terms of marketing -- saying "business hyphen broker hyphen alabama" is going to get old for them. Thanks!
