Moz Local - Multiple locations - How to Add another Location
-
Hello, Im so new to Moz Local and currently I have 2 of my clients using the service. I'm trying to add a second location for one of my client. Can anyone give me insight...step by step on How to do this?
Please take a look at the screenshot. Also I believe it shows the second location as a duplicate?
Best Practice on how to approach this?
Regards,
Benny

Hey there, Thi!
This is Michael on the Moz Help Team and I want to thank you for reaching out with this question. In general, you'll want to use the check listing tool to get another listing published. You access this interface from our Check Listing tool here:https://mza.seotoolninja.com/local/search
http://screencast.com/t/hcviJMfmjaj2
Once you find your business, on the next page click "Improve with Moz Local."
http://screencast.com/t/mpLu52CP
This will take you to a page with an interface for submitting the information that is collected in the CSV. The required fields are at the top, and everything else is below. When that is complete you'll be able to purchase the listing.
I want to respect the privacy of your account so I'm going to answer your other questions in a help ticket. I'm sending that ticket to your account's login email. I hope this information has been helpful so far! Keep an eye out for my ticket in your inbox!

Having trouble uploading CSV file to Moz Local?
I am receiving the following error "Please make sure the file you upload is in CSV (Comma Delimited) format. You may need to re-save or export the spreadsheet as a CSV. Please note that the column headers are required, and must not be changed. Feel free to use our template to fill out your listing info." Please help, I completed the template file and I am trying to upload it as a csv file.

Moz information (Rankings, Search Visibility, etc.) not working
Good afternoon! I had a quick concern / question that I wanted to ask the community. One of my campaigns hasn't moved at all since we put them into our account. Everything has stayed static: 0.00% Search Visibility, 0 Keywords Ranking, 0 Moved Up, 0 Moved Down, etc., They have been in Moz for roughly a month now. Does anyone know what might be happening? We are trying to get solid data for our client, but we can't seem to get Moz to index it, perhaps? Let me know what you think!

What are best practices for managing multiple clients with Foursquare?
What is the best way to manage multiple locations for multiple clients on Foursquare via Moz Local? If anyone can suggest best practices around whether multiple brand management allowed and if each client should get their own Foursquare account, etc - that would be very helpful.

It's been 1 year, why hasn't our Moz Local completion percent improved?
Our listing is about to renew, but the completion percentage has not improved since the first month we started with Moz twelve months ago. I see in Moz there are many duplicate listings for this business. I was under the impression that Moz was handling this as part of the yearly fee; is that correct? If not, what needs to be done to resolve these issues and make sure our listings are complete and accurate?

Moz Local, listings still not correct
I've been using Moz Local on all my clients. One client in particular, I've been using Moz Local on for 6 months. Their Moz Local stats all look good inside the dash board. While killing some time the weekend, I ran a few reports on them in Bright Local. None of the sites Moz Local is supposed to be pushing too has the correct listings. They are all different just like before I started. Why is this?

Does MOZ Local Autorenew
Good Morning Our company has been signing up clients for MOZ Local listings. My question is: Does MOZ Local autorenew submissions as long as the CC info is current or this something I will need to login to their accounts and renew myself close to the renewal date. Thanks!

Moz Local not being verified...is service area the culprit?
I've done Moz local before, and it worked without a hitch. However, this time I'm doing it for a service area business that does not show an address on Google. It's been well over a week and none of the local listings have been updated. Could this be because they require a physical address? Or, do I just need to be patient?
