Search Keywords, Meta Keywords and Meta Descriptions; Keeping Webmaster Tools Current

What are Search Keywords, Meta Keywords and Meta Descriptions? What exactly is the difference between them and which one is more important?
In regards to Webmaster Tools, if we delete a page or a product, it still shows up in Search Analytics. How can we update Webmaster Tools so as to keep it current with our website?
Lastly, again in regards to Webmaster Tools, in Search Analytics. At the moment we put relevant queries into the Meta Description of low ranking pages, in order to raise the position of the page. Is this the right way to handle queries? Should we be putting the queries into the Meta Description or the Meta Keywords?

Wow, there are a lot of questions in here! I'll take a couple of them:
In Webmaster Tools, "Search Keywords" refers to search terms that are currently returning your site. These are (some of) the searches that are leading people to you.
You can read about meta description here. It's basically your way to have a say in the text that accompanies your listing on the SERPs. Using keywords in your meta description will not help you rank, but it may increase the likelihood that folks will click on your link when they receive your page as a search result, provided they're used as part of relevant, intriguing copy that effectively communicates to potential visitors what they can expect the page to be about.
Meta keywords is an older tag that allows you to list the important keywords for a given page in the page's code itself. It's generally considered out-of-date and to not do you any good. I'd recommend not using it, as it's little more than a great way to tell your competitors what you're working on.

Paid traffic or "Paid Search" is not showing in my Google Analytics
Hi, I have two campaigns running in Google Adwords or Google Ads now and I saw in Google Ads account that I had 5 clicks today (09/18/2018) but when I try to search for this clicks in my Google Analytics in ACQUISITION > All Traffic > Channels I don't find nothing about "Paid Search" or something like that. Bellow is a picture of my Google Analytics account to prove it. The accounts are linked and I can find the 2 campaigns in the Analytics. How can I interpret this picture? Why is my Domain Authority dropping from 52 to 46 but my Keyword ranking has never been higher?
At the start of August my Domain Authority was 52 but it has fallen to 46 over the course of 8 weeks. At first this was credited to the smaller index that SEOMOZ has taken and when this was certainly in line with our rivals results as well who all suffered a drop. When the index issue was fixed we did see an improvement, back up to 51 at the start of September, pretty much in line with all of our rivals. However our Domain Authority has dropped again and this time it is in complete isolation, none of our rivals have suffered anything like a 3 point drop. Our SEO has never been better with 65% of our keywords ranking in the top 3 and 86% ranking in the top 10. Im wondering what is causing this rapid drop in Domain Authority and what affect, if any, it was have on our future keyword rankings. Thanks, Emmet

Having Issue with Site Search in Analytics
Hi Mozzers, We launched a website in October 2012 and have added in the settings(Google analytics) of that profile "Do Track Site Search" since we have a search box on the website. The site search report worked for 10 days and it was over(from end of december till beginning of January 2013). Since then I have been trying to understand this issue. I have added all the query search terms possible, but still not showing any signs of life. At this point I am not sure what to do? Some Help would be appreciated! Can't seem to rank for keyword "home care grand rapids" - need some advice
I am trying to rank for "home care grand rapids" and am having a really difficult time. My site: http://healthcareassociates.net has better backlinks, keywords and other seo markers than my competitors but I still can't seem to rank. The keyword and associated keywords (home care grand rapids michigan, home health care grand rapids, etc.) are only 31-33% difficulty and my site/page rank is better than the leading sites. What gives? Todd

Analytics/Google Keyword comparison
Hi I'm trying to establish a methodology to best show the gap between potential and realised organic keyword traffic. To obtain potential keyword traffic I'm using the Google Adwords keyword tool to derive local monthly search volumes for exact keyword matches. However, I'm confused as to which is the best way of getting a comparable metric from Google Analytics (GA). I was using custom reports and the 'organic searches' metric. However, this provides different values to a standard report selecting non-paid search in the default advanced segments. What is the best report/metric in GA to use for both organic and paid search volumes that would be comparable to the Google Adwords keyword tool. Also, I'm having problems getting my kids to eat their greens, any advice! 😉 Thanks Neil

Google Webmaster not accounting for internal links
Hi SEO gurus! All my websites in GWT show the website in question at the top of the "Links to your site", in the form of: Domains Total links my-site.com 1,000 third-party-1.com 500 third-party-2.com 300 third-party-3.com 200 etc.com 100 However, I have a specific account that suddenly (a few weeks back) disappeared its own link count: Domains Total links third-party-1.com 500 third-party-2.com 300 third-party-3.com 200 etc.com 100 Has this happened to any of you? Any ideas how to solve it? The website is www.gmvbodybuilding.com which you can see has plenty of properly formed links.
