Conflicting Analytics: Getclicky vs. Google Analytics
-
Removal of an old getclicky code (and installation of new tracking code) from my site after some changes resolved inaccuracies in my page view/bounce rate information.
Prior to adding the correct getclicky code, getclicky was showing 95% plus bounce rate on my site. I knew this was wrong because GA showed around 40%.
Ironically, now that my getclicky account is working (showing a 30% bounce rate), GA bounce rate is steadily climbing.
Is it best to just stick with one analytics account so that the codes don't conflict?
Is it possible to have two accurate analytics accounts at the same time?

Sure, it's http://www.nationalbankruptcyforum.com. Thanks for the help.

Analytics coding can get tricky at time and there can be instances where you may see wrong data being reported. I always recommend more than one web analytics platform so you can have data in the instance of failure of your primary analytics tools.
Yes. You can certainly have more than one analytics platform and continue to have correct data. Both Clicky and Google Analytics are owned and developed by separate entities and there should not be any interference in data collection or reporting.
There might be a web page code conflict instead of analytics tag conflict.
Can you post your web address so I can review the codes?

Google Analytics Real Time Not Working! :(
Hello Everyone, Today, the real time feature in my google analytics stopped working. I am able to see that traffic is visiting my site, but not in real time. The real time count is usually at 0. But, there are some instances where real time will come back online, but there will be only 1 unique visitor. At any given time, our website usually has 20 visitors or so..Has anyone encountered this issue? Where should i start looking for fixes? What are the possible problems? Thanks!

Google Analytics Organic Accuracy?
Hi, On a cool summers day, I was quenching my thirst for SEO Knowledge in the depths of Google analytics, When I stumbled upon a most troublesome sight. I was Browsing the data inside Acquisition->Keywords->Organic and comparing them to Acquisition->Search Engine Optimization->Landing Pages, to find the results quite questionable.. Since Keywords->Organic measure the visits from the organic results, and Search Engine Optimization->Landing Pages measures the clicks onto one of my landing pages from Google, I assumed they should be the same or very close, (besides Keywords->Organic having visits from other search engines) but they were not the same, as a matter of fact it was telling me that Keywords->Organic visits = 1,474, 27.19% of total(5,422) and Search Engine Optimization->Landing Pages, clicks = 1,548 154.80% of total (1000). Even worst the Search Engine Optimization -> Queries clicks = 1,123, 160.43% of total(700). I have been searching, and come up empty handed in the answer so does anyone know why Google is showing me different results and strange numbers that don't make sense? Any information is greatly appreciated?

Can you filter referring keywords in Google Analytics by language?
Hi All! So yes, I know that you can see/filter the language that the computer or browser was set to (en-us, ru, fr, etc.), but if you look at the keywords used by visitors falling under "fr", some are in English. Is there any way to get, say, just the keywords in Russian - regardless of what the visitor's browser language was set to? Thanks! Aviva

View entrance keyworsd for a subpage in google analytics
I have an element from ringcentral that is tracked by google analytics, yet for the life of me I cannot figure out to how to view the entrance keywords to that element. I can view the search metric and see which keywords and how many visits from each keyword onto the site in general, but how do I see which keywords were actually responsible for this 'click to call' code which has GA? I can see the total number of clicks into that code, but not which keywords led to it.

AW Stats vs Google Analytics
Hey Moz Community, I am looking to get opinions on the best practice for analytics/traffic analysis. From experience I know that AW Stats reads high and Google Analytics reads low for traffic for reason in this article http://www.smartz.com/blog/2009/01/23/analytic-confusion-%E2%80%93-awstats-vs-google-analytics/ It drives me a little nuts how far off both are for some pages. I have one article that shows 100 views (GA) and AW stats shows 5 times that number of views. Any suggestions or systems you recommend? Thanks
