Rogerbot not crawling our site
-
Has anyone else had issues with Roger crawling your site in the last few weeks? It shows only 2 pages crawled. I was able to crawl the site using Screaming Frog with no problem and we are not specifically blocking Roger via robots.txt or any other method. Has anyone encountered this issue? Any suggestions?

Hi there! Kristina from Moz's Help Team here.
I noticed that you're currently in conversation with my colleague, David, who is helping you out on this. It looks like he might have an idea of what's causing this to occur and he's waiting on the Crawl Test results to confirm if it's fixed for you.
I'll let David continue assisting you on this one, but as always you can reach out to our team with any technical issues such as this one by emailing us at [email protected].
Thanks so much,

Who is your host? Some are starting to crack down on crawlers across the board with many blocking the likes of SEMrush. Might be worth checking if there are no other technical issues.

Unsolved 403 crawl error
Hi, Moz( Also reported by GSC)have reported 403 crawl error on some of my pages. The pages are actually working fine when loaded and no visible issue at all. My web developer told me that some times error issues are reported on a working pages and there is nothing to worry about.

My question is, will the 403 error have bad consequences on my SEO/Page ranking etc. These are some of the pages that have been reported with 403 error but loading fine: https://www.medistaff24.co.uk/hourly-home-care-in-evesham/ https://www.medistaff24.co.uk/contact-us/0 -
Site Crawl Status code 430
Hello, In the site crawl report we have a few pages that are status 430 - but that's not a valid HTTP status code. What does this mean / refer to?

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_HTTP_status_codes#4xx_Client_errors If I visit the URL from the report I get a 404 response code, is this a bug in the site crawl report? Thanks, Ian.0 -
Crawl still in process for 3 days. Not sure why the site isn't being crawled
I added a new site to the crawl, but it seems to be stalled. It was supposed to crawl Feb 19, but it is still in process Feb 22. It tried to crawl the site and there was a robots.txt issue, but that issue was resolved way before the 19th. Not sure what is going on. this is for the clear lake campaign.

Why is Moz Crawl Diagnostics labelling pages as duplicate when they appear to be different?
Moz Crawl Diagnostics is flagging some pages on the Doorfit website as duplicate, yet the page content is completely different and not identical. Example. Page: http://www.doorfit.co.uk/locks-security/secondary-security Duplicate: http://www.doorfit.co.uk/seals-and-sealants?cat=279 Does anybody have any suggestions as to why this might be the case? Thanks

Number of pages crawled = 1; Why?
Since November, we've been trying to figure out why, when I select Crawl Diagnostics, my number of pages crawled is only 1. In mid-november, we changed our URL. That is, we went from www.example.com/home-page/ to www.example.com/new-home-page/. My first assumption was that I needed to re-create my Moz profile. That didn't fix it. The only crawl error we get is the no rel="cannonical" found -- but it's there. We find it on every page, including the home page. Our content shows up in search. Moz bar shows us info for every page. I just don't know what else to check. Everything else in my dashboard seems to look as expected. Specifically, I've turned to Crawl Diagnostics to find 4XX errors on our site. Typically we find one or two per week. Sometimes 0. Sometimes 4 or more. But it's been 0 since November. I highly doubt we've arrived at perfection. Any thoughts?
