Crawl issues, how to see a referring link?
-
Hi There,
We've got two crawl issues for pages that don't exist (and never existed). The links are strange and judging by the code in them, appear to be coming from our own CMS.
How can we see which pages the links are on in Moz?
Cheers
Ben

Hey there Ben!
Sam from Moz's Help Team here!
We'd love to help you to further investigate this - would you be able to pop a message over to [email protected], along with the name of the affected campaign and a few examples of the problems that you're seeing? This way we can take a look directly at your site and the CSV results and help you to isolate what's happening here:)
Looking forward to hearing from you!

Thanks for the reply.
The table doesn't show the referring URL for me but your answer prompted me to click the table row and I can now see the referring URL on the next page.
However, I've copied the source for the offending page into a text editor and searched for the broken link but it doesn't exist on the referring page which is weird - right?
Cheers
Ben

The only crawl errors you require to know the referring URLs is the 4xx errors. I know for the 4xx errors the table shows the 404 page and the referring URL.

I’d like to set up a Moz campaign that crawls just the primary website, not subdomains
Is this something you could help with? (it either bombs or crawls everything, so I assume I’m missing something in the campaign settings, or it’s just not possible.

Seeing all of our site's rankings
Hi everyone, I've started tracking some speciifc keywords here, but I'd also like to get a global overview of all the different keywords we're currently ranking for and in what positions. When I used Ahrefs it offered this sort of report. Does Moz offer such a report?

901 error code showing url back to back in crawl
Hi Everyone, I'm absolutely dumbfounded about this 901 issue (showing pages with our url back to back). Our site is hosted on Big Commerce: https://www.santabarbarachocolate.com When I look for these pages being crawled I don't find them. I've called BC for help and I can't seem to find a solution or where to turn as to how to fix the issue at hand or even if it matters. Please see below what the Moz crawl shows. Could this be related to Yotpo or some app we have running? Or does this even matter and does it have any influence on rank? Do you have recommendations or ideas? Thanks so much. Where are all of my on page links coming from?
I am trying to reorganize my site and with that my home page. I want to follow the 100 internal link rule. However when I run a Moz crawl test it says that there is too many on page links. I than went to Moz open site explorer and it said there is 237 links. When I exclude in bound links that still leaves me in the mid 100 range. After counting them my self I can only come up with 75 on page links. Does anyone know how I can find what Moz is referring to? And how I would be able to find where this links are? I might be missing something simple or maybe I don't understand exactly how the Moz tools work. That is why input from this great community would help. Thanks!
