Google Analytics: Deleted Profile
-
Has anyone ever successfully managed to have a deleted GA profile restored?
One of our client's profiles was deleted accidentally.
I know the official line is it can't be restored, but...

Let's just say there was something my, 'but...' assumption.
Official answer is no, unofficial may be different if you have friends in the right places (I personally don't, but I know a case where a deleted profile was restored.)

Do you have regular reporting process? If yes, Then please do following things
1. Analyze past trends, Make conclusion with consolidated changes, seasonality in data
2. Make summary Week Over Week, Month Over Month. Last Six Month would be ideal.
I think this is best you can do in this case.
If there was no such daily reporting. Then take it as oppurtunity & challange to redefine KPI's & Report formats.
Sometimes, Luck came in disguise

Would updating Meta Titles affect Google analytics tracking?
Hi All, I need a little bit of help. We need to optimize our blog's articles Meta titles for SEO which all exceed 100 characters. I was told that if we change the titles, google analytics would split the tracking pages and count the data as 2 pages (old title and new title). Has any of you have this experience before and if so, is there a way to avoid google analytics counting this as two pages? Thanks in advance! Question re Google Analytics and its more accurate alternatives
Hi guys There are two main issues we have with Google Analytics, and I'd really appreciate if anyone has the time to give an answer to that. We completely miss organic traffic data before 7/22/2013 although our account is active since 2005. Any thoughts on that? Is it the not provided move that swiped out all data or something else? Even for the data we do have there is lots of inaccuracies, and we are thinking on switching or at least adding a new analytics software, any recommendations? (FYI, it turns out we do not keep access logs on the server for more than 2 months, and we might fix that for future references, but now we are looking for external solution). Any help will be much appreciated Thanks Lily

Behavior Flow vs. All Pages report in Google Analytics
In the interest of determining why our ecommerce site isn't converting, I've been spending some quality time with GA. I've suspected that our front page is part of the problem, especially where our organic traffic is concerned (we get a good deal of referral traffic from a link on an OEM's site). According to the Behavior Flow report under the Behavior section of GA, organic traffic to our home page is hemorrhaging (roughly 60% bounce rate). But when I went to the All Pages report (Behavior > Site Content > All Pages) and looked at organic traffic to our home page, then looked at the Medium as a secondary dimension, I'm getting a bounce rate of 35%. Why the massive discrepancy? Can somebody assist?

Viewing 'overall' data for multiple Google Analytics accounts
Is there any way you can view data from all of your Google Analytics accounts? For example, if I wanted to view know how much mobile traffic all my sites had, could I do this? Rather than just looking at each site individually. Thanks

Can you re sit the Google analytics IQ test?
Damn I just failed the Google analytics IQ test with a score of 65% 😞 You need 80% to pass... My natural instinct is to resit but after 30 mins of googling around Ive got no answer to the following question: "Can you resit the Google Analytics IQ test for free or do you have to pay again". Any insights welcome...

Google analytics tracking
Is their a built-in or easy way to track the amount of times an exit link is clicked on a page and show that with other links of the page. For instance: I had a page with several external ad links on it and I want to track how many each got and rank them in google analytics
