Link report that is broken down by C Block?
-
I've tried to do this in the advanced reports are of Moz, but to no avail. I just want to be able to see all the links (and anchor text would be nice too) for each CBlock.

Hey Charl,
Thanks for reaching out. I'm afraid we don't currently have a plan to break out the links from the external C-blocks by C-block or IP. We base our product changes on the number of customer requests made for a feature and I'm afraid that this feature has only been requested once, so it hasn't been our focus to make this update to the data.
Again, I would recommend submitting a feature request for us to keep this data in the future and make it sortable by C-block. Here's the feature request forum we use to collect ideas:
http://seomoz.zendesk.com/forums/293194-seomoz-pro-feature-requestsThat forum goes directly to our Product team and they use the requests made there to inform our product changes going forward. It also allows other users to vote for the feature, as well, which is how we prioritize product updates.
I hope this helps!

Hi Chiaryn,
Is there any update on this?

Hi There,
Great question! Our index currently only has the ability to to show which links are from the same C-block as the target URL or which links are from different C-blocks than the target URL. So, for example, you could see that all of the links to seomoz.org that come from rogermozbot.com, moz.com, mozcast.com and a few others all come from the same C-block as seomoz.org and any other link would be from a different C-block, but I'm afraid we don't keep the data to break out the links from the external C-blocks by C-block or IP. I'm really sorry about that!

I hope this helps.

Majestic SEO can see it because it provides a report on how many C blocks send you back links or mentions/citations. However, the best they offer is a summary by referring domain, sorted by IP. You might find that in Link Research Tools as well if you have the budget for it.

Where is the link prospecting tool?
I feel like last year when Moz was still SEOMoz I used a beta tool that would help you build a bunch of queries for link prospecting. You would tell it what your sites about and a few other pieces of information, and it would give you a list of google queries to get you started (ie inurl:directory <industryname> +"add site"</industryname>). However, I'm having a hard time finding this tool, or any reference to it on the web. It's also possible that it wasn't a moz tool but I'm misremembering where I found it. Does anybody have any idea what I'm talking about?

Finding Broken Links
My campaign report says I have a 404 error for a sub page located at domain/products/contact.aspx My contact page is not in the /products directory so what I'm wondering is if this means that somewhere on a site I have a link pointed to /products/contact.aspx. I've looked everywhere and cannot find the link if it is out there somewhere.

False Pro reporting of duplicate titles
I am testing Pro. About 250 pages of content at my website. Pro says ALL of my pages have duplicate titles., but when I click on details, they display as unique titles. Ie: first page of results of Pro is as follows. While the content of my website is on one major topic the title meta tags are NOT identical. Is this an issue with Pro, or is Pro looking at something other than the title meta tags? Please advise ? Group by Domain sorting is broken.
When sorting links with "Group by Domain" it only works for the 1st page. Pages 2 - X do not group the results. Am I doing something wrong? Can we simply set it to "view all" to avoid paging?

Broken Links and Duplicate Content Errors?
Hello everybody, I’m new to SEOmoz and I have a few quick questions regarding my error reports: In the past, I have used IIS as a tool to uncover broken links and it has revealed a large amount of varying types of "broken links" on our sites. For example, some of them were links on my site that went to external sites that were no longer available, others were missing images in my CSS and JS files. According to my campaign in SEOmoz, however, my site has zero broken links (4XX). Can anyone tell me why the IIS errors don’t show up in my SEOmoz report, and which of these two reports I should really be concerned about (for SEO purposes)? 2. Also in the "errors" section, I have many duplicate page titles and duplicate page content errors. Many of these "duplicate" content reports are actually showing the same page more than once. For example, the report says that "http://www.cylc.org/" has the same content as "http://www.cylc.org/index.cfm" and that, of course, is because they are the same page. What is the best practice for handling these duplicate errors--can anyone recommend an easy fix for this?

To block with robots.txt or canonicalize?
I'm working with an apt community with a large number of communities across the US. I'm running into dup content issues where each community will have a page such as "amenities" or "community-programs", etc that are nearly identical (if not exactly identical) across all communities. I'm wondering if there are any thoughts on the best way to tackle this. The two scenarios I came up with so far are: Is it better for me to select the community page with the most authority and put a canonical on all other community pages pointing to that authoritative page? or Should i just remove the directory all-together via robots.txt to help keep the site lean and keep low quality content from impacting the site from a panda perspective? Is there an alternative I'm missing?
