AdWords & Iframes?

We have a client that has syndicated content across a variety of domains.
They have no access to the domain/hosting for the site that the content is being syndicated on, but would like to run PPC campaigns to these pages.
The page is a header, footer and then the main page content is inside of an iframe, and I was wondering if Google will even allow that to be used as a landing page for a PPC campaign?

Hi,
"Google AdWords doesn't allow ads for websites that copy the content of other websites, using techniques known as "mirroring" and "framing."
So Google will not allow you to run campaign in your case

Yes, Google should allow you to use that landing page for you PPC Campaign. In fact you can use almost any landing page for a PPC campaign as long as it doesn't violate Trademarks and follows Google content policies.
The only drawback to using a landing page you don't own/control is you likely cannot embed remarketing or conversion tracking codes, which limits some of Adwords features.

Adwords structure issue
Background: We manufacture and sell our own products to the UK and English speaking world. We rank well for major terms but there is lots more traffic to be had with PPC so we've always used Adwords At present I target keywords in 3 ways. 1. I have an [exact match] campaign that I use to target terms like [acme widget] 2. I have a broad match campaign that I use to target keyword targets I have identified through research like +blue +acme +widget. 3. I have an even broader campaign that I use to target the very long tail terms that it would be too time consuming to create groups and ads for like +camo +rocket +acme +widget The problem: My 3rd category won't show! I use varied bids to make sure the more relevant ads show where they overlap (eg 2nd campaign bid is 50% of 1st campaign, 3rd campaign bid is 50% of 2nd) but 3rd campaign wont show for long tail searches when I test it with the random crap that people search for! I get the error message... Your ad isn't being displayed for this keyword because there may be other ads within your account that are ranked higher and have similar keywords. 2 questions I suppose, is my structure acceptable and if it should work why isn't it?! OK to have a modal pop-up on an AdWords landing page?
We're about to launch an AdWords campaign targeting users who are searching for hand-crafted furniture. The website we're sending users to has a large inventory of furniture, and all if it is hand-crafted. But there currently is no page on the site specifically communicating that all the furniture on the site is hand-crafted. So, rather than dump the user right into browsing the inventory, we want to put an intermediate step in place to say, in essence, "Hey, welcome, yes, we have lots of handcrafted furniture. In fact, all of it is hand-crafted. Here, have a look around." The art director on the project is suggesting that a modal pop-up would be perfect for this scenario. It would greet the user, who could then dismiss the pop-up and move into the site. I have two concerns about using a modal, though: Does a modal violate Google's policy against pop-ups that open new windows? Assuming we trigger the modal using Javascript, will AdsBot have any trouble crawling the content of the modal, such that it could hurt the landing page component of our quality score?

Adword competition between exact match and related broad match
If I have two company A and B. Company A: bid on key word exact [Nike and Jordan] Company B: bid on broad match Jordan shoesks Considering that broad match use related words I noted that google display both ads if I search Nike and Jordam (shoes is related with Nike). My question is: bid of B is competing with bid of A? therefore CPC of A increase because of B? Tks

Adwords and Analytics figures not matching up
We are currently running a A/B test on a landing page using only adwords to split the traffic. Looking at the figures in adwords has given us a higher number of conversions than the analytics is giving us in transactions. The conversion rate is also different. The only visitors this page is getting is from Adwords. Can someone please help us understand why this is? Cheers Al

Google Adwords Clicks v.s. Google Analytics Visits
Hi Guys, This question has been asked several times before but after doing some research, I haven't really found the right solution and/or explanation. I'm currently seeing a 30-50% discrepancy in Adwords Clicks and Analytics Visits, where there are more clicks than visits in most situations. E.g. 74,127 clicks v.s. 46,845 visits (34 add-to-carts, 67 initiated orders, and a revenue of $12,000). Can anybody in the forum help explain this? Thank you, Jurgen P.S. I've also looked at all the tracking codes and everything seems to be alright, I've checked if any internal redirects are stripping off parameters but to no avail. Lastly, I'm not sure if this is a behavioral issue here in SEA--will first click (Adwords) and last click attribution (Analytics) be the only explanation? P.S.S. I'm seeing the same discrepancies with Facebook ads and Analytics.

Does an AdWord campaign affect your rankings?
Say for instance you are in the business of "lawn mower repair," and you are ranking for that keyword. If you were doing an AdWord campaign on that keyword, would that also affect your organic rankings in the SERPs for that keyword?
