Giving access to a new user

We are looking to give access to a different user in our org, but when they try to log in on a different device, it's not working. The only device that can log in is mine.
Please advise...

Unfortunately, we still don't have an ETA for that. It's a bit more complex than we initially envisioned, though we know it's a feature request that a lot of people want, and we'll all be glad when it's ready.

Any update on that yet? Having the ability to create a separate user login with limited rights to have someone else doing certain tasks would be highly appreciated.

We don't have that feature right now. We are developing a multi-user feature right now, however, and will keep everyone posted when it is ready.

Joel, is it possible to have a separate login? I want to give access to another person in my organization for running reports, but I don't wan them to have full access. Please advise.

Hey Brad,
Thanks for the question. You should be able to login with multiple devices using the one account. Even at the same time. It's possible there is a password issue at play here.
I would encourage you to doublecheck the login credentials being used on the second device and if you continue to have an issue, email us at [email protected] so we can look into this further for you.

What do the Moz user levels mean?
I see that there are 3 other levels to a Moz Community Profile that users can have outside of the traditional 5 levels earned through points (Contributor-Oracle) and they are Pro, Associate and Staff. Obviously, Staff is someone who works at Moz but what do Pro and Associate mean and how do you get them?

Cannot Access Moz Analytics
I've been trying to access Moz Analytics for over a month but have continued to see this error message: http://screencast.com/t/GMnN6l9WEI tried on all browsers and cleared my cache. The login works, because I am able to access it on other computers but not on my primary computer. This leads me to believe that Moz' servers are blocking out my computer's IP address for whatever reason.I've tried emailing the help team and calling but have not gotten any sort of response so far. Anyone have a solution?

Back to Pro in New Moz Analytics Accounts?
I have two accounts with Moz.com Account One (about a year old) has both the options to switch over between Moz Pro and Moz Analytics. Account Two (a trial so far) just has the option to use Moz Analytics. So new or trial accounts don't have access to Moz Pro?

Unable to Access my Unfinished Campaign
Hello all, I tried to create a campaign for one of my clients but something happened and I had to stop somewhere in the middle. I tried to recreate it but it shows me the following message: “Oops, you already have a campaign named Willoby's Furniture. Please select a unique name for this campaign”. My problem is that I can’t access or see the unfinished campaign. A solution would be to create a new campaign and give it a different name. However, I would prefer to use this space for another client. Any suggestions? Many thanks, Elsa

Only 2 of my 5 active campaigns are showing up under the new Moz Analytics. How do I fix this?
Under http://analytics.moz.com/pro/home only 2 of my 5 campaigns are showing up, but if I go to the old page http://moz.com/pro/home they all show up. How do I fix it so all show up under the new Moz Analytics?
