You should be able to enter more keywords at this point. For what you may have missed, the best bet is to go through our Help Hub at http://moz.com/help and look at the information there.

RE: Pending problem with Keyword Difficulty
Hey everyone,
We're having an issue with the Mozscape API right now, which feeds data to the keyword difficulty tool. We'll be keeping Twitter and health.moz.com updated. Thanks for your patience, and sorry about this!

RE: Questions From a Beginner
There's a limit of 5 campaigns for the Pro version. If you need more campaigns (usually one campaign per website), you can upgrade to a larger plan.
You usually only enter a campaign once. You set it up with your website, then let it collect the data.
You'll start getting data for your campaign within 24 hours.
We just updated the dashboard, and looks like we need to update that video too. I've sent off a note to our video team on that. Thanks for letting us know!

RE: Why Moz New Users Are Left Alone?
Hi, and welcome to Moz! Here are some of the resources we have that can help, and some answers to your questions.
Our help hub is at http://moz.com/help, and the getting started guide at http://moz.com/help/guides/getting-started is a great place to start.
We offer a series of onboarding emails to help with your site. In the first couple of days after you sign up for Pro, you should receive a message with several tips for improving your site with Moz Analytics.
Here's some background about why we don't have a help desk phone number anymore: http://moz.com/help/guides/moz-procedures/phone-support. As a side note, I've been in the help desk area when we did take phone calls, and there would often be phone calls that would last half an hour while we determined that what the caller was looking for was an SEO services company, and we wouldn't be able to help them, but it took considerable time away from valid help desk tickets.
For billing and account questions, we do have live chat available from that section of your profile.
We do know it's complex, and we're trying to help out new users by adding more getting started information. Thanks so much for your feedback!

RE: Mozscape index update - July 24.
Hi! We are in the process of updating the index right now, which is why you haven't seen the metrics change yet. We're on the west coast of the US, so it's still fairly early in the morning on this end.

RE: Page Count in Webmaster Tools Index Status Versus Page Count in Webmaster Tools Sitemap
It's best to just ask the same question once, and clarify if needed in the question itself. This seems real similar to the question you asked at http://moz.com/community/q/difference-in-number-of-urls-in-crawl-sitemaps-index-status-in-webmaster-tools-normal, unless I'm missing something.

RE: Possible to make domain change?
Unfortunately, you'll need to create a new campaign for the new domain. You can keep the old campaign, or archive the old campaign, and keep the historical data that way. Best of luck on the domain change!
-
RE: "Oops! This doesn't appear to be a valid URL. Please try again"- Problem while creating campaign
There's information at http://moz.com/learn/seo/redirection on how to do this. If you need additional help, the best bet is to create a new question, and include your website name, and if you have full access to the server. Thanks!

RE: Why moz pro detects inexistent links?
So the link analysis is showing you that there are sites linking to pages that don't exist on your site?
-
RE: Unable to view link from Apprentices gov.uk site
Roger (the crawler for Moz) does not fill out forms. I can't see a way to find a listing without doing a search, and OSE would need to be able to browse these listings to be able to see them.

RE: ¿When Moz Local to all the World?
We would like to expand Moz Local, but don't have any dates yet. We will be sure to let everyone know when it comes time to add more countries!
-
RE: "Via this intermediate Link" how do I stop the madness?
Hi! You do need to type in the nickname of the user when you click Private Message this User. I know it's not very intuitive, but you'll want to type in MarieHaynes to send a message to Marie.

RE: How can I improve my search results for local pages?
Do keep in mind that the post in the link is over two years old, and some of the tools and guidelines have since changed (like the keyword tool and title tag limits)
-
RE: How can I improve my search results for local pages?
What you don't want to do is have a bunch of pages that are nearly identical, save for a different city name, and have pages that look like they are keyword stuffed for particular phrases. The map that shows the client's location as in the middle of the lake probably isn't going to help with the trust of potential clients.
What is a good idea is to talk to your client and ask them what are the top questions they get over the phone, and the top questions they get in person. THAT is the content that your potential audience wants to read, and are likely typing into the search engines.

RE: Strange Spike in Direct / None traffic
Dave, did you figure out what was causing the spike?
-
RE: Why moz pro detects inexistent links?
There is a column to the far right that should show the referring URL. Be sure to scroll until you find that, and then you will see where we found those URLs.
Clarification: this is in the crawl test report. I'm not sure why you're seeing 404s in the link analysis page.
-
RE: How can I see what Google sees when it crawls my page?
Google webmaster tools also has an option to fetch as Googlebot.
-
RE: How would you suggest finding content topics for this site?
I was referring more about the content. You can write a great linkbait-worthy content about a new method to wax your car, but if you're selling diaper covers, it's not going to help you. Extreme example, but I'm trying to say to make sure that you write content that your target audience wants to read, not necessarily look just at content that will get links.

RE: Tracking Sales That Result From GA Trackable Leads?
First, a caution before you spend too much time on this. Read the terms of use of Google Analytics, and any limitations on collecting personally identifiable information, as it may limit what you can do.
-
RE: MOZ Removes WWW
Did you set up your campaign as www.domain.com or domain.com? Your campaign metrics will reflect what you've set up for your campaign.
External links are not the same as seeing how many pages you have indexed. You can have 1000 pages, but only have 10 links to your domain.

RE: Discrepancies between Mozbar data and OSE?
I'm not in a position at the moment to take a deep look at this, but our help desk will be taking a look at getting back to you. Thanks for your patience!

RE: Can You Help Explain This Nightmare Screenshot from Google Webmaster Tools?
Can you give us more information about Google "forgetting" your pages? I'm not very clear on your answer here.
-
RE: Why moz pro detects inexistent links?
Have you downloaded the CSV of your crawl report? You can look at the column for the referring URL and see what page is pointing to the 404 error.
-
RE: How would you suggest finding content topics for this site?
Will the people who read link-bait-heavy fabulous content be the ones who would sign up for a course?
-
RE: Strange Spike in Direct / None traffic
Agreed on looking in at the city/network. I've seen this before, and the cause was a website monitoring service we signed up for that was actually triggering javascript.
-
RE: I got a 404 in the Crawl Test Tool Report
Hi! If you download the CSV of your crawl report, it will list the referring URL that is pointing to the page with a 404.
-
RE: Why is my website providing no feedback on the Open Site Explorer?
Great answer here from William. Thank you!
-
RE: Discrepancies between Mozbar data and OSE?
The most common cause for this is that OSE and MozBar are looking at different versions of the site -- one with www, one without. Could this be the case for you?
-
RE: I am managing an existing ecommerce website and just subscribed to the MOZ tools - what is the best rout to learning how bets leverage all the tools to optimize my site?
We also have a great Getting Started guide at http://moz.com/help/guides/getting-started that should help!

RE: Relevancy vs Quality of the website in blog commenting
Would you want to comment there if the link was not included, or if it had a nofollow attribute? Did you find the post because it was a relevant post, or was it found with a search query that was looking specifically for posts to comment on?
Those are a couple of questions to ask yourself as to whether you'd want to leave a link. If there are a bunch of spammy links, I'd probably avoid it myself, but that's my personal opinion.
-
RE: Proper sitemap update frequency
You want your sitemap to include all your important URLs. Don't remove them from the sitemap just because you have been crawled.
-
RE: How do I cancel my subscription to SEOmoz?
http://moz.com/users/subscription This link should work. If not, go to https://mza.seotoolninja.com/help/contact and click on billing. Thanks!

RE: Getting Different PA/DA for 'www' and 'non-www'?
Hi! The page authority is different because those are actually two different URLs. You probably have more backlinks going to one URL than to the other. If it's not already set to redirect from one version to the other site-wide, I'd set that up (tethering right now and don't have much bandwidth to check).

RE: How old is this Moz quiz?
It is less than two months old, and we have a blog post about it at http://moz.com/blog/new-seo-expert-quiz with more information.

RE: Moz Billing chat
I'm seeing two emails from you within the past three hours to our help desk. We generally respond within 24 hours, so you will be hearing back. I wanted to let you know the emails weren't lost.
-
RE: Moz Billing chat
I'm seeing you as still a pro subscriber. If you can't see anything at the billing page in your profile, please send us an email at [email protected] and we can fix things up from there.
-
RE: Crawling Website
The crawl test will show the results in a CSV file, but not update on your dashboard. It is a way to spot-check and see if the changes have been made.
When you go to your crawl diagnostics page, it will tell you the date of the last crawl. We crawl on the same day each week.
-
RE: Moz Billing chat
From the billing page at https://mza.seotoolninja.com/billing, there's a live chat option. We may not have the live chat available as many hours today, as many of us are at MozCon right now, but there will be people there to answer any tickets you submit.
-
RE: Crawling Website
We crawl on a weekly basis. You can force a crawl for up to 3000 URLs at the crawl test at https://mza.seotoolninja.com/researchtools/crawl-test.

RE: Longevity of robot.txt files on Google rankings
Hi Gina,
Yes, that is what I mean. The dev team (or you, if you chose) would get an email that says the robots.txt file had changed. I was inhouse at a non-profit where we had an overseas dev team that wasn't too savvy about SEO, so I was the one who would get the emails, then go and send them an email asking them to fix it.
I don't believe there's a hard and fast answer here, as it in part depends on how quickly your site is crawled.

RE: My home page has an "A" rank in Moz and not ranking in Google.
If you're able to share your site with us, that can make things a lot easier. Have you check in Google Webmaster Tools for any notices about your site, whether a penalty, or notice that certain pages aren't able to be crawled? Have there been any code changes lately? Any server unavailability? Are other pages still ranking? Could there be an incorrect canonical on the page in question?
-
RE: Longevity of robot.txt files on Google rankings
I don't know how long it will take for reindexing, but I do have a suggestion (have been in a real similar situation at a non-profit in the past).
Use a monitoring software like https://polepositionweb.com/roi/codemonitor/index.php that will check your robots.txt file daily on your live and any dev servers and email you if there is a change. Also, suggest that the live server's robots.txt file be made read-only, so it's harder to overwrite when updating the site.

RE: Creating a new campaign?
Hi! It looks like you ran across our help information for the older Pro version of the software. Current setup information is at http://moz.com/help/guides/getting-started/campaign-setup, which may help you some. I'd also suggest clearing your cache and Moz cookies, or trying in a different browser.
Our help desk has been assigned this question, but may not be responding right away because of the weekend, so I wanted to jump in with a couple of suggestions. Hope this helps!

RE: All in favor of an "Announcements" category section say MOZ!
Usually, the best place for an update is within the thread itself. Did you know that we have an "active" tab (which links to http://moz.com/community/q/active ) ? This will sort questions by most recent activity, so even if the question is six months old, if it has a new comment, you'll be able to see that come up on the home page of that tab.
Keeping the question updated within the question is great for people who come to the site a year down the road and wonder what happened in a particular situation, especially if they are not a Pro member and can't add a question to the thread.

RE: [UPDATED] Any Q&A Regulars Attending MozCon Next Week?
I'll be there, and look forward to meeting as many of you as I can!
Avatar is updated; I cut my hair real short since the previous photo was taken.

RE: Pinterest and Link Juice
Check out GWT and the links should be showing there. Google's got just a slightly bigger server farm than we have, and is able to crawl more of the web. Let your client know that while it's great for OSE to see the links and for the links to be counted in the score we give, your real goal is to have the search engines count those links, and that's what matters. We haven't been able to convince the search engines to ditch their metrics and use ours yet.

RE: What are legit ways to raise up you're ranking for a new website?
I did a google search just on your domain name, and found a couple of things you will want to stop doing if you're looking for legit ways to get a good ranking for you site.
Your site isn't an art gallery in New York, and Yelp has filtered that review, and I would think they'd remove the entry before too long.
I noticed a popular viral video reposted under your account on YouTube with a link to your site. Those links are nofollow, and again, this isn't your target market, and the video isn't related to your site at all (and it may be a copyright violation to repost it, I'm not sure).
Most blogs have nofollow turned on for their comments, including some blogs that have comments for your site in them (Moz Q&A and Moz comments are also all nofollowed). These links from off-topic sites really don't help you, either.
